A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Lake, Wi-Fi, email or cell phone Everything is within walking distance: 3 parks, restaurants, grocery stores, theaters, tram and night bus in front of the door, bus stop 300 m,

If you are looking for a place to stay in the countryside with proximity to Potsdam and Berlin, then this spot might be just right for you. Potsdam can be reached by bus or car in about 15 minutes. By a regional train connection in the village, you are from the Wilhelmshorst train station in 30 minutes at the Berlin main station. Small cottage in Uckermark on historic four-sided farm in a secluded location. The house is designed very openly, it has two floors and a sleeping gallery. Best suited for 2 people. Third sleeping space available. Comfortable and tastefully equipped. Large idyllic farm garden to relax. The farm is very quietly located on an unpaved path on the edge of a nature reserve. Many lakes and the small town of Boitzenburg with its beautiful castle in the immediate vicinity.
