In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic vacation home “Landlust,” featuring an idyllic, large garden and located 100 meters from the swimming area. Boathouse with private dock. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghy (sailing skills required) can be rented. The vacation rental is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It has an unobstructed view to the south into the Havel region. On the first floor is a combined kitchen and living room with sofa bed, terrace and private garden. On the second floor, the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views and the bathroom with an inviting shower. Area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m² (431 sq. ft.). Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 square meters) can be rented. It can accommodate 3 more people.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
