Worthwhile excursion destinations include the artists' village of Ferch or Caputh. In Werder you can rent a boat or raft or explore the Havelseen by boat.

We are pleased that you are interested in our beautiful 68 m² apartment. The apartment is very centrally located, so that you can reach the city center on foot in 10-15 minutes, for example. Nearby is also a beautiful lake, which you can reach in just 5 minutes on foot and which you can circle in about 2h-2.5h with a nice walk in nature. Hello, the house offers a lot of space, it is located about 5 km from the climatic spa town of Plau am See. I have a large bathroom, a children's room with lots of toys and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside on our farm there is a playground and we also have some animals (sheep, chickens, ducks, pigeons and a tomcat)

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great vacation experience. All around is a nature reserve of European rank: the Peenetal - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bike rides or boat tours on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And the best part: Usedom Island is about 30 minutes by car. Summer, sun and beach :)
