The focus of this room is a very impressive four poster bed which frames the cloudy wall textures with its massive wooden beams. Entering the room via a small hallway and closet area, one finds the bathroom to the right and the 25 square foot room and small south facing balcony on the left which is a great place to sit and watch the passers-by. Original restored stucco and painted ceiling along with wooden doors and flooring add to this rooms charm.

Our balcony room is 25 m² and equipped with a bathroom (shower, toilet and hairdryer), a desk with chair, flat-screen TV, wardrobe, safe and a sitting area. In the room there is a king-size bed (1.80 m). The balcony offers various seating options overlooking the green Parisian street. Even in winter, you can end the day comfortably with our blankets. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a small refrigerator.
