This is a private room in a little boutique pension. The place has a kitchenette for minor food preparation with refrigerator, one heating plate, microwave, etc.. HighSpeed DSL WiFi. There are 1.5 shared bathrooms for the entirety of 3 private rooms. The rooms have a queen size bed, a sofa, a working desk or space for laptop as well as large TV. The place is in a beautiful area in the West Center of Berlin with many parks, a beautiful lake, restaurants. Public transport close by ca. 8 minutes.

The strikingly painted rooms are separated by a sliding door and the bathroom is accessible through the second room only. The balcony is accessible from the first room.

In the room there is a king-size bed (1.80 m). The balcony offers various seating options overlooking the green Parisian street. Even in winter, you can end the day comfortably with our blankets. The room is equipped with a Nespresso machine and a small refrigerator.
