Living room windows are tinted for privacy. Comfy bed and all the bedding is cleaned in between guests. There are plenty of towels, linens, and the essentials you need to be comfortable. The guesthouse sits tucked back in the woods next door to our home, offering privacy and quiet once you arrive. The surrounding area is rural and unpolished - but the property itself is clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully maintained. Check-in is between 3:00 pm and 11:00 pm EST. We do not allow check-ins after 11:00 pm. This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues or who is unsteady on their feet. No smoking, e-cigs, or vaping permitted in the cottage or on the property.

Our cottage is warm and inviting with a comfortable living area and fireplace, spacious bedroom and offers a bunk room with two twin XL beds. - Free Wi-Fi - Smart TV - Washer and dryer - Electric fireplace 4.9 miles to FSU campus 5.1 miles to FAMU campus. This cottage does share the property with the main house which is also available for rent and sleeps 10 people.

Established neighborhood less than 2 miles from FSU and downtown; 1 block to Tallahassee Memorial Hospital. Restaurants under 1/2 mile! It is on our property and we personally clean the studio.
