Una estadia espectacular. Taina demasiado amable. Muy dispuesta y atenta. Todo estaba muy limpio en la casa. Los empleados de la casa demasiado atentos. Lo recomiendo 100%. Gracias Tainia!!!

Encantados con Todo!! Eramos 9 personas, le reservamos los 3 cuartos y encantados con el servicio. Paula muy atenta y siempre ayudandonos con lo que se podia. Muy buena ubicación del hostal, nos movimos caminando por toda la Vieja Habana. El desayuno siempre lo tomamos y riquísimo!! Recomendado al 100%

Kurzer Zwischenstopp vor unserem Rückflug. Aufgrund einer Verspätung unseres Busses sind wir erst um 23 Uhr in der Unterkunft angekommen und mussten bereits vor 6 Uhr am nächsten Morgen wieder abreisen. Adrian hat den Aufenthalt für uns aber trotzdem erstklassig gemacht. Am Abend lag der Schlüssel und das W-Lan-Passwort bereits für uns bereit, so dass wir schnell ins Zimmer konnten. Das Zimmer und vor allem das Badezimmer sind absolut top. Am nächsten Morgen war Adrian bereits bei unserer frühen Abreise wieder munter. Und hat uns nachdem unser Taxi zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt nicht da war, rasch ein alternatives organisiert, das uns pünktlich zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Alles perfekt organisiert und für uns einfach gestaltet! Danke!

I love this place! My 3rd time staying here and every time there are more upgrades. The Restaurant is wonderful, top tier. The staff is wonderful, so good to see a familiar face, they treat me so well. The place is 5 star for Cuba. Can’t wait to go back!

Nous avons passé notre dernière nuit à La Havane ici avant notre retour en France. Nous y avons été très bien reçu et nous avons pu rendre la chambre à 12h. Merci à Suzana d’être restée à l’auberge et d’avoir veiller sur nos bagages toute la journée jusqu’à notre retour à 19h. Emplacement de choix en plein centre.

A great place to stay . I am a frequent traveller to Havana and wouldn't stay anywhere else . Wonderful experience.

We stayed here with a group of 5 guys. What an amazing experience. The House was spotless and a great location to experience the best of Havana. Lizet and her son Rafael were amazing hosts. They gave us many suggestion for sightseeing and restaurants. They own a classic mercury car which is always available with their driver Walter. He took us around Havana every day and made the experience that much better. He translated for us and always made sure we were safe. I highly recommend staying here if you want that authentic Cuban experience. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you for everything! The trip would not have been the same had we stayed in a regular hotel. Thank you Lizet, Rafael and Walter(Mr.Havana)

First time in Cuba, my stay with Arakelies and family was absolutely beautiful and stunning….helpful & totally safe; any photographer dream; clean home. Ps. Don’t exchange money with taxi drivers, you will get a better rate with someone locally.

Tuve una estadía en el hostal la Rosa de Ortega ciudad habana Cuba del 15 al 16 de octubre del 2023 del cual quede maravillada desde el resivimiento por una de las chicas de relaciones publicitarias la cual con una hermosa sonrisa en su rostro nos adentro al hostal y el chico de cocina nos ayudó con las maletas,enseguida supimos que nos sentiríamos cómo estar en nuestra propia casa !! Luego nos dirigimos a reconocer el lugar viendo unas maravillosas vistas la casa te hace sentir que estás viviendo en los años contemporáneos siendo así su estilo y arquitectura al igual su toque moderno y exclusivo que van de acorde al lugar !!llegamos hasta el bar-restaurante y nos recibieron con un delicioso jugo de frutas naturales cortesía de la casa,ahí mismo tuvimos la cena la cual fue excelente le doy un 10 de 10 y mi parte favorita fue la ensalada italiana capresa extraordinariamente maravillosa al igual que todos los platillos servidos por un gentil personal !!

Julia's place is the most adorable B & B for rest and relaxation. The restaurant on site has incredible food and the bar makes the best drinks. Hanging out with family and friends by the pool and listening to live music is also what you can expect to find. I even did a little dancing with Julia mothers day. Her staff is amazing friendly and I would recommend staying here. Julia can help you arrange tours and car service if you want to experience some if the tourist areas. She will help make your stay amazing. I will be returning !

La Rosa de Ortega is a wonderful place for a relaxing vacation in Havana. The grounds are lovely. It is situated at one of the highest points in Havana, which gives guests a beautiful view of the city and a wonderful place to watch the sun set. There is a full-service restaurant and bar on site that is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The house is beautiful and tastefully decorated. My room was clean and exactly as depicted in the pictures online. The best part of my stay was the excellent service I that I received from all of the staff. I would highly recommend La Rosa de Ortega, if you are looking for a relaxing place to stay in a quiet neighborhood.

Trinidad is a charming room and the hostal has a good atmosphere. Yami, Augusto, Maggie, and Irelis truly bring it to life - they are the heart and soul of this place. Their warmth and hospitality made my three-week stay unforgettable. I’m so grateful for their help, engaging conversations, and all the laughs we shared. The Trinidad room is quiet and exactly as described. The hostal has a good location and I always felt safe going out alone at night.

Finally I have a place where to come back in La Habana. I stayed there ten days, for me, the most important things where the quietness of the surrounthings and the quality of the food, it's so convinient to not to have to go out to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, and also much cheaper than outside. The house is amazing, I had the oportunity to visit nearly all the rooms, they are all so nice. There are different aéreas where you can read or work with the computer, internet works very well. Also, if you don't want to pay a taxi to go to the old Habana you can take the bus, there are buses that take you right to the centre without changing buses. The staff is also so nice, friendly and took good care of me. Looking forward to come back!

Nestor was very kind and helpful to my father and sister during their stay. He is an excellent and experienced host who cares about his guests and strives to make sure their stay is comfortable.

The apartment is situated in the city centre it was easy to get to the “old part” of Havana and its neighbourhood had originally “Cuba feeling”. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, they solved all problems and provided all information that I asked.

This place was amazing. We had a group of 15 young adults, and we purchased the entire hotel for 11 days. Gretel, the one who I communicated with prior to the stay over the course of 3 months was amazing. She was very responsive, clear, and worked everything out that we needed. Alex, who is the owner of the property was a class-act. Great guy with a beautiful family who is a great host. He and his wife run the property and they gave us a great exchange rate which was better than most banks and other venders in Cuba. Although Alex and his wife were great, the staff their is amazing. Rosanne, Jhonaz, and Lidia Maria made all of us feel at home. Spending 11 days in a foreign country with a large group can be challenging, and since Havana does not have as much accessibility to wifi as other countries, we were completely off the grid. However, the staff mentioned above really became like our friends. It is important to note also that they all were extremely professional at all times. The restaurant on the rooftop was amazing. Some of the best food in the area. Very reasonably priced and the service was great. They have live music on some nights. The breakfast was prepared fast, but felt like having a home cooked meal. I highly recommend this place for your stay, especially if you have large groups, or if you are just in Havana for a weekend. When I return to Cuba, I will stay no where else, but here. This place provides a try Cuban hospitality experience.

Very nice hostal, safe and very clean. Staff is super friendly and helps with everything. The only thing that did not always work is the internet but this is not the casas fault but due to general problems in Cuba to have reliable internet. overall can highly recommend!

We had a double bed room and although it is very small it was very clean and had immentities we weren't expecting such as iron, blow dryer, and stocked fridge. The host as well as employees are extremely pleasant and willing to help in any way possible. The location although it looked run down (realized all of cuba is in same condition) was amazing and can't stress how SAFE it is. Me (female) and my female friend walked in the area late at night and felt safer than I do in my suburb in the US. During our visit we also went to central and vedado Havana and quickly realized vieja Havana was the best location in Havana to spend the majority of our time in. I would highly recommend this casa particular!

Há uma pessoa 24h na propriedade, facilitando a entrada e orientando no que precisarem. O espaco eh amplo, limpo e organizado. Super recomendo.

Fueron 4 dias en tu casa y parecia que nos conociamos de siempre!! , muchas gracias por todo , son una familia muy alegre y atenta con los clientes , el ultimo dia que teniamos que regresar a Italia, tenia a mi hijo enfermo e intercarmbiamos numeros de telefono para que pudiran saber como estaba mi hijo , eso es algo muy bonito de su parte y lo recordare siempre , muchas gracias por todo!! , y les recomiendo a todos pasar por esta maravillosa casa y compartir con esta familia tan hermosa , un saludo para Bruno, merci y sol ... 😘😘😘
