I stayed in Carlos' apartment in Havana and found it very welcoming, located in a delightful area of the city, perfect for immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. Although it is not a very recently built structure, it is still well-functioning and equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay. Recommended for those looking for an authentic and comfortable experience.

My friends and I (6 people) felt safe and secure at Tania's house for two weeks. The house staff was polite and always available to help us and kept our stay comfortable. We are grateful for the opportunity to check in early in the morning upon arrival. A pleasant bonus was the presence of WiFi, which nevertheless can work unstable depending on the day of the week and time of day, which is a peculiarity of the work of the Cuban telecom operator. It is impossible not to mention the presence of a large terrace on the roof of the house, where in the evenings you can discuss with friends plans for the coming days of the trip and drink a couple of cocktails.

Nothing in cojimar compares to the view. indeed a coastal paradise. Looking at the torreón imagine is 1640 and spanish soldiers with muskets standing guard😂🤌🏼

The place is very spacious, with a well equipped kitchen. I enjoyed my stay and can recommend it.

Amelia and Alfonso are lovely. She is a whirlwind of vitality. The house was very clean and comfortable and nice. Very modern inside and with air conditioning and fans so as not to be hot. Amelia recommended places to eat in the area and explained where the WiFi area was, very close to the house. The central station is also very close and also the Plaza de la Revolución. They adapted to our schedules without a problem and advised us about the neighborhood and at the time of taking the Viazul we had planned for the next day.

This place is beautiful. You feel welcome and very comfortable. We ordered breakfast in the morning for about 6-7 euros. The two ladies were very attentive and helpful. In the evening, a night porter comes to keep watch. You therefore have the feeling that there is always someone there if you have any questions. Special thanks to Fernando. It's the best. Available 24/7 via WhatsApp, every request is resolved. We felt very comfortable. Thank you for everything.

Due to heavy thunderstorms the WiFi went down on the first night, but you can’t control nature. I thought it was a blessing in disguise. We managed to enjoy the house so much more and each other’s company. The staff was amazing. The staff had coffee ready for us in the am before we could even request it. The pool is a very nice touch. The security guard at night helps give no second thoughts, even tho Havana is a very safe city. Would certainly go back. Enjoyed our entire stay!

Our stay at Grendas Place was phenomenal - the space, the pool and the services that were included were amazing. If we had any problems the housekeeper Made did everything to help us, even when trying to travel somewhere else in Cuba she kept contact and waited for our safe travel back. Morning breakfast and the food that you can order when you want to dine at home was homemade and superb. Everything was taken of - we felt like kings on a hill. Much love to the staff ❤️

Everything is very good, very quiet and with an unparalleled view, ideal to rest and be very calm, Mary and the people who assist are very friendly and help you solve everything, taking care of privacy and security at all times, completely recommended.

Ismal was a great host, super communicative and always willing to help. There was maid and security service 24/7 which allowed for us to have a completely stress free stay. The photos of the house do not do any justice for its beauty, the back courtyard was amazing and that's where we spent the majority of our time enjoying the weather. There is a offer for breakfast daily which I highly recommend, well worth the money. All in all, great house and a great stay in Habana could not say anything bad if I wanted to. Only recommendation is to get a temporary sim card at airport when landing. There is Wifi at the house but sometime it is iffy and you will have no service. Thanks again Buddy!

Excellent Art Deco property which feels like well-preserved Old Havana. While the neighbourhood is noisy, the inside of the building and the apartment are fairly insulated, and you don't hear any noise in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with all amenities.

Being familiar with La Habana, this place is really outstanding. Classy, freshly renovated, highly comfortable for local standards. Good vibes too. Sussel's and Teresa's (her assistant) attention and periodical food and cleaning support were an extraordinary plus. Will not hesitate to book again!

Rolando was a very efficient and always attentive host, offering appropriate and satisfactory answers, his apartment is very well located in Habana Vieja, with many small shops and services around the building. The apartment is very well appointed and convenient. There are many accessories in the kitchen. The small terrace has an interesting view of some of the Capital's monuments. Note the efficient air conditioning in the bedrooms. Great choice for those who want the authenticity of Habana Vieja!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor in an apartment building with an elevator, there is a security guard at the entrance at night, there is a camera on the ground floor, also a camera on the 3rd floor, Ariadne lives nearby, on the 2nd floor, so she is always ready to help quickly. The apartment consists of a common living room and 2 private rooms with their own bathrooms. The rooms have beds, hangers, safes and bathrooms. The living room has a fridge, as well as a working piano and a large table, as well as a coffee table. Among the disadvantages - in one room in the bathroom there is simply no mirror (it is unclear how so) and there was a problem with the drainage of water - the water simply did not drain, in the other room in the bathroom the exhaust is very noisy. And in general there are problems with the silence - there are buildings nearby where there are a lot of external air conditioning units, so everything is noisy. The view from the windows is nothing, only facing the neighboring buildings, so you won't take any view photos. Overall, everything is alright.

Tay for helping with money exchange, WiFi, recommendations for places to eat, places to visit and all the informations. Most importantly taxi to and from airport. Maria for shopping and making us breakfast days we needed and asked for. Betico for bringing our heavy luggages up to our apt at arrival and down when we left. Thank you also to the staffs family Sonia, Junior and Magdolis, feasting, eating, drinking and dancing with us one night as we hosted lunch/dinner and them cleaning up the house after. It was so great meeting you all, getting to know you and feel like La Familia during our stay. My partner and I stayed at Alejandro's place for a few days to relax by the sea and experience a new area of Cuba. We could not have been more pleased! This beachside bungalow was absolutely adorable, very comfortable, and located in a peaceful neighborhood with tons of local color. Hector, our host, greeted us at the property when we arrived and showed us around the neighborhood, giving recommendations for places to eat, the nearby beach, and ways to get around. Hector was so incredibly helpful and friendly, and even traveled with us to Fusterlandia and to transfer to our second place in Havana. We cannot recommend this place enough! Hector really went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will certainly be back and will recommend this place to anyone heading to Cuba. Thank you, Hector, Ariana, and Alejandro!! Much love!
