There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

Great welcome, well located accommodation close to the Guzet resort. Only regret is that there is really nothing provided, a roll of toilet paper would have been welcome

Very clean, practical and well-equipped house. Perfect location for discovering the lake. The house has parking right in front of the entrance, is located in a quiet and green location.

Location and excellent views. The apartment is located in a very lively neighborhood, next to the Des Carmes market and the river. Parking is great for getting to, parking and starting to visit the city on foot. We would repeat another visit to the city.

The residence is very nice and located in a quiet area, close to the canal and Compans Park. It was cold during our stay, the fully tiled floor was cold, do not hesitate to provide slippers for more comfort:)

The cottage is very well equipped and very conveniently located, offering all the comforts necessary for a pleasant stay. It was really a great place that we will gladly come back to. For all those who love nature, cycling, hiking and visiting castles, this place is perfect. The area is full of treasures we didn't know about, and we loved discovering them. A very well located house in a bucolic setting close to Massat (20 min walk by a hiking trail). Old country house, very welcoming and well-equipped, as described. Very friendly and efficient exchange with Nathalie the owner. Many hikes from home and nearby (Lers pond 20 minutes away). It is very likely that we will come back. possibility of swimming in the river 5 minutes walk away (appreciable in hot weather).

A timeless break in this peaceful environment. We spent five days in a rejuvenating bubble. The private pool is a real plus, especially with a baby. The access area to the Tarn is also a pure pleasure for strolling and fishing. We'll be happy to go back!

We rented the mulberry house for my wedding, the ceremony of which was nearby. The house is very spacious, clean, you feel good! Large and well equipped kitchen. A garden surrounds the house and a few hundred meters away is the lake and its beach. One of the rooms has a beautiful view of the lake! We had small surprise touches on arrival: wine, aperitif biscuits, bottle of milk... Also, the necessities for doing the dishes, a few rolls of toilet paper and tea towels... it's very nice on arrival to have a few basic necessities. Thank you Marianne. Marianne was always quick to respond and was available by message because the check-in is done independently thanks to her clear instructions. I would highly recommend this host and this house!!!
