The ROOM (without kitchen) is completely self-contained, private toilet and bathroom, access through a private entrance to the accommodation. It is located in a part of our house and can ideally accommodate 2 people (up to 3 if necessary, extra charge of €10/night). In the event that the 2nd bed (armchair convertible into single extra bed) is necessary, even for 2 guests, an additional €10 will be charged upon arrival. Our townhouse overlooking the Grand Bassin de Castelnaudary is the perfect place to relax. This space has been designed to accommodate up to 6 people. There are two separate bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two single beds. The sofa in the living room is convertible which, once opened, is a real double bed. A private outdoor area at the rear of the house is accessible to enjoy the calm of this historic district of Castelnaudary.

This is a very practical place if you are traveling with multiple people. The rooms are spacious and clean - and the balcony is nice (three rooms have access to a balcony). It is a gated community! Close to L5 bus. Tram/metro is ~15 min walk. There is a supermarket and a gym near by. Highly recommended this place :) Note: one toilet is separate from the shower/sink. The other bathroom is full (sink/shower/toilet)

Location and excellent views. The apartment is located in a very lively neighborhood, next to the Des Carmes market and the river. Parking is great for getting to, parking and starting to visit the city on foot. We would repeat another visit to the city.

A successful stay thanks to the responsiveness, communication and flexibility of the host! The listing was suitable and as described to benefit 4 adults and a 3 year old child. The residence is very nice and located in a quiet area, close to the canal and Compans Park. It was cold during our stay, the fully tiled floor was cold, do not hesitate to provide slippers for more comfort:)

A very well located house in a bucolic setting close to Massat (20 min walk by a hiking trail). Old country house, very welcoming and well-equipped, as described. Very friendly and efficient exchange with Nathalie the owner. Many hikes from home and nearby (Lers pond 20 minutes away). It is very likely that we will come back. possibility of swimming in the river 5 minutes walk away (appreciable in hot weather).
