A peaceful cabin in the woods and right by the lake. Comfortable double bed, well equipped kitchen, rather dated furnishings but that just adds to the charms. Views from the kitchen table of the surrounding farmland and woods. The lake was lovely with swans and water lilies but too shallow and muddy to swim. Can recommend walking in the Laipanmaa hiking area and the swimming lake at Pälkäne. Karoliina was very helpful, thank you.

The cottage was clean, it was easy to arrive. Messages were responded to quickly. Lovely yard for children to play, and the dog was able to be available. Peaceful place and nice little forest next door.

Comfortable house in a quiet countryside. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, and the refrigerator freezer was the👍 right size The wood sauna gave a good steam, and there were excellent kindling spots and really good quality firewood. For outdoor activities with the dog, there were nice forest roads/trails to park🏃🐶 Liesjärvi Lehtos in 15 minutes. Especially in Soukonkorpi swamp, there were really peaceful trails and duckwood birdsong in the choir🐥

Great place in a quiet area. Good equipment for making your own snacks and you can get to the airport from the property really easily. Teemu gave good instructions on how to get to the place, etc. I give 5/5 points.

The place was as promised and a short trip from the bay highway.

A peaceful and cozy place to stay in an incredibly beautiful location by the lake. Great hiking trails start right next to the accommodation. It was wonderful to sit on the glazed terrace and on the beach sauna terrace admiring the summer and nature.

Tidy apartment, in a good location. Host was friendly. Check-in was really easy and flexible. I recommend it!

The house is very spacious, bright and modernly furnished, it really has everything you need, even any small things in the bathroom (care products) and in the kitchen (coffee, vinegar, oil, spices, tea etc). There was really nothing missing. The beds are very comfortable. The sauna is great and the outdoor area is really pretty with the veranda and the gazebo. We saw deer running through the garden every evening, a real highlight. It's very quiet and the surroundings are rural. The only thing that was unfortunate was that you could not get to the lake anywhere because all paths lead to a house and the lake connections are private. If you want to go swimming, you have to go to Lohja to one of the beaches.

Saara’s place is fantastic. The view is beautiful, the unit is comfortable and cosy and it is easy to get to via public transport. The sauna and pool are amazing! Highly recommend this wonderful apartment.

We absolutely loved this place. Everything there made sense. The host was communicative at all times, and gave us great suggestions on where to go. The design of the house is extremely logical and high quality. The location was perfect if you want to be in nature and a little outside of Helsinki but close to everything you need. Renting a car will help but is not absolutely necessary unless you want to visit Nuuksio, where it can be difficult to find return transportation. The area is absolutely beautiful and peaceful. There are apples growing by the sidewalks on the walk from the house to the beach, and the beach is a 15 minute walk. There is a grocery store that is a 5 minute walk away and has all of the food that you would need. The neighbors were friendly and helpful (even the quirky one). Overall, I absolutely loved this place.

Apartment is very individually furnished. Nice contact with Antti, who also picked us up from the ferry. The area in which the apartment is located is very accessible by tram from the center.

Really great place with nice touches of luxury. Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids enjoyed our stay - we loved especially the pool and jacuzzi.

The apartment was perfect and comfortable to use both the bathroom and kitchen. Very bright, cozy and warm. The host was immediately very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Very convenient to services with bars, supermarket and station nearby. Quiet area with a placid lake where you can relax. Highly recommended

Juho and Tia were such a great hosts. They gave us extra bed for additional person and borrowed us the grill. The place is peaceful, located right behind their house. Would really recommend if a small a group of people want to visit Hämeenlinna! :)

Our stay was an amazing getaway! The cabin was so peaceful, surrounded by trees and birds. We managed to cook all our meals in the cabin, and Rasmus was responsive and helpful. Although there is no running water, there was enough water available for our needs. We even borrowed bikes to cycle to a nearby hiking nature area, which was the cherry on top. A great stay near the city!

Nice beautiful little cottage by the lake, which was neat and compact. It was easy to dive into the lake and the water was really shallow, which was well suited for swimming with a child. We were able to play😊 cottage games in the yard, a beautiful and peaceful area in the heart of nature!

The place was lovely! Beautiful scenery for idyllic seductive people. Peaceful and private setting! Rowing on the lake was comfortably done on a boat in use. The separate sleeping area was really good and the bed bigger than normal was a big plus. The sleeping area was crowned by an air source heat pump that was well adjusted to a quiet sleeping setting. We slept really well in the listing! The sauna was really neat and atmospheric. The carrying water brought real cottage vibes. The cooking was a great success in a diverse summer kitchen. The home has a large deck and a large covered area where it was nice to hang out, both in the rain and the shine. Our dog was also very comfortable at the property. Communicating with Marko and Marjo was really easy and natural! Messages were always responded to, and everything went so smoothly. We highly recommend this place!

This was our second time at this location and already planning the third visit for later in the year. Ulla is an amazing host, very responsive and so lovely and friendly. The house is wonderful. Peaceful, quiet, the wood burning sauna is amazing and the lake was refreshing. We are definitely coming back again!

It was just what it was supposed to be, really beautiful, peaceful, and in the middle of nature. The perfect home for a short relaxation! We went fishing on two days, and the fish would have gone up nicely, a couple to bring along (small hawks, perch, one measuring cake). The place was super tidy and everything promised was easy to find. A big recommendation for people who love peace and nature!
