Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Im Umkreis von 20 bis 50 Kilometer befinden sich Zürich mit seinem See, Luzern, Einsiedeln und auch Engelberg, mit dem berühmten Titlis, der in kurzer Reisezeit erreicht werden kann. Our house is located in the middle of many well-marked hiking trails. Within the radius of 12 Miles to 31 Miles is Zurich with its lake, Lucerne, Einsiedeln and also Engelberg with the famous Titlis. Can as well be reached in a short travel time.

Willkommen in unserer neu eingerichteten Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen (75 Meter vom öffentlichen Parkplatz und 800 Meter vom Bahnhof entfernt). Der optimale Ausgangsort um rasch und direkt nach Zürich aber auch nach Zug zu gelangen. Die Wohnung ist im Dachgeschoss (ohne Lift) und für Menschen mit Mobiltätseinschränkungen wie auch Kinder nicht geeignet. Ebenfalls ist sie für Haustiere nicht geeignet. Der Name "Home" soll daran erinnern, dass Sie sich wie "zu Hause" fühlen sollen!

Das Apartment liegt unmittelbar an der Hauptstrasse in Herrliberg, zu Fuss nur etwa 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof Herrliberg-Feldmeilen entfernt. Gleich neben an befindet sich ein Coop Supermarkt. Herrliberg ist eine ruhige Wohngemeinde, welche sich an der Sonnenseite des Zürichsee befindet. Mit dem Zug hat man bis in die Stadt nur rund 17 Minuten. Jose and his wife were very kind and the room was great. Although we only had the room and private bathroom, we had enough privacy. We could also use the kitchen, living room and balcony. Jose was helpful but not intrusive. Coco, her dog, is very sweet and Jose also warned us for safety's sake, whether we can handle a dog in the apartment, which was not a problem for us. The apartment is easily accessible by train. We highly recommend the room, especially if you are visiting someone near Horgen!

I really loved this space; it was so peaceful and so beautiful. It was right by the lake, and it felt so serene, as if I was in my own world. The only thing is it's quite a far walk to the metro but there is a bus, and actually I liked being apart from the city and the walk is stunning by the lake and the view of the mountains. I was very happy with the accomodation. I spent 1 month there. The property is in a very nice neighbourhood. Grocery stores like Migros and coop are 100metres. Train station is 400ms away. Airport is in the vicinity.The apartment is well equipped and has everything you need for long stay. Hosts are very kind and helpful. All in all a great place for short or long stays.

The apartment is nicely designed and very clean. The guest room is bright, quiet and spacious, has a very nice view and a nice private bathroom. The equipment is of high quality overall and the connection to public transport is very good. Peter is a friendly, accommodating host. Quiet, respectful and communicative - depending on the situation. I felt very comfortable there and would love to come back.
