The 75 m² apartment is located in the oldest part of a former smokehouse surrounded by nature in the Oldenburg region. The apartment was ecologically renovated in 2020. We have preserved the original character of the house and combined it with modern elements. From the open dining/living area, you can access the terrace in the natural garden, which can also be used. There is also an area in the garden for our horses. The apartment is accessible and suitable for nature lovers.

Hof von Donnerschwee / Helene apartment

The Donnerschwee farm, first mentioned in 1937 and later built, is located in the northeast of the city of Oldenburg and was the first settlement house on the square. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

At the gates of Oldenburg and Bremen, we offer our own granny flat from 2012 with its own kitchen and bathroom with shower. The bed is nice and cozy with enough space for 2 people. It has a large wardrobe, a flat-screen TV and a private terrace for chilling. The entrance is separate and the tenant is therefore independent of the landlord. A private parking space at the house is available. A bus to Oldenburg leaves only 5 minutes away.
