Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway in the green district of Ofernerdiek. We rent an approx. 25 square meter room with directly adjacent private kitchenette in the hallway, as well as a private bathroom. The space is located on the 2nd floor with a separate entrance. On the 2nd floor there is also a rarely used private room of ours. The location and infrastructure are ideal with various shopping opportunities. The BAB 293 is very close. My beautiful bright apartment overlooking the Tonkuhle and with direct access to the lake is located in Eversten, on Hundsmühler Str. It is a rear building with parking. The city center, as well as the university, can be reached in 10 minutes by bike or car and the train station in 15 minutes. A bus stop is 2 minutes on foot and the nearest shops are only 500 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a microwave and dishwasher.

A fold-out staircase in the bedroom leads to a 2nd bedroom (1.5 m max. ceiling height) and the chaise longue in the living-dining room offers another sleeping place.
