Our cozy 1-room apartment can accommodate 2 people. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchenette with seating, an open sleeping area with TV connection, a shower room, as well as a living room in the conservatory. Entering is possible through a separate entrance. The quiet secluded location in the Dörflis district of the romantic half-timbered town of Königsberg (10 km) invites you to relax. The cities of Schweinfurt (40 km), Würzburg (70 km) and the world heritage city of Bamberg (30 km) are easily accessible and super suitable as a destination. In the neighboring village there is a farm where food can be eaten very well. Parking is possible directly at the yard.

HADERWALD vacation home

Modernized apartment (70 m²) in one of the most beautiful areas of the Rhön. If you are looking for peace and original nature, this is the place to be. From the windows to the courtyard, the border mountains to Lower Franconia can be seen, e.g. Dammersfeld, Beilstein and Eierhauck. From here, many well-known excursion destinations can be quickly reached. For example, Wasserkuppe, Kreuzberg, Fulda, Bad Neustadt or Würzburg, as well as hiking and bike trails. Horseback riding is possible in the neighboring village.

Farmhouse in the heart of Franconian Switzerland

We lovingly restored our old farmhouse in 2016. The indoor climate is pleasant because the whole house is equipped with wall heating and clay plaster. It is located in a small place with only a few houses and is particularly suitable for nature lovers and people looking for peace and quiet. Children will also get their money's worth. Telephone, satellite TV and Wi-Fi are available, making our accommodation also ideal for home office with family. The nearest shopping is 4 km away.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The 3-room vacation flat (102 square meters) for up to 5 people is located in the heart of the Steigerwood. In the historically forest house the vacation flat is on the ground floor with three large and bright rooms, a kitchen and as a special thing a wooden bathroom with a teak shower. You can expect an upscale equipment. The holiday flat has a garden with seating solutions, a barbecue and if you want a fireplace. We also provides bicycles for adults and kids.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Lovingly furnished in BoHo style apartment in the Rhön, on the Kunstanger in Langenleiten. Equipped with a wonderful fireplace, you will stay in a romantic ambiance. Relax with a nice book and a good glass of wine. Enjoy it all to yourself or have fun with your whole family at this stylish place. In summer, you can enjoy the large garden with hammocks, sun loungers, and a grill as well as a wonderful lounge area.

Our place is close to the city center with great views of the basilica and castle. Restaurants and pubs can be found in the immediate vicinity. You'll love our place because you'll have a comfortable bed, a beautiful kitchen-living room incl. coffee maker (filter coffee). Coziness meets a great view. Our place is good for couples, solo travelers, young families with a baby and furry friends (dogs).

The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.
