Our lake house is located on a corner lot in a neighborhood setting. It is a three bedroom one bath home that is completely remodeled. The lower basement makes the house sit high off the ground which makes the home feel as though you are in a tree house. There are 35 mature trees on the property. The 2nd floor entrance to the home is accessible via a gently sloped ramp on the side of the house. The front and side of this home has a large elevated deck that is perfect for enjoying the outdoors.

Do you prefer “The Road Less Traveled?” Our 10 acre property will greet you as you travel along a dirt road, private gate, and grassy field. The 300sq ft cabin sits on the edge of a one acre stocked pond with a view. You will experience elements of Primitive Living coupled with Modern Amenities surrounded by Nature. View the neighboring cows, horses and goats. Fish, grill, kayak, and enjoy an outdoor fire. The space is comfortable for two. Pet friendly. If privacy matters, you have arrived!

For those chilly evenings there is a fire pit for roasting hot dogs or toasting marshmallows or just relax in the Adirondack chairs on the patio. Sitting in the wicker rockers on the front porch you have a wonderful view of the farm pond and with any luck you will catch a glimpse of a deer or two.

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away.
