The farm is also perfect for group celebrations, such as birthdays, corporate events and bachelor parties or similar. There are plenty of excursion options in the surrounding area, such as thermal baths, a golf club, etc. Groups of more than 16 people are welcome. There is a small kitchen and a spacious bed in the living room. The bathroom has a large rain shower. Have fun with the whole family at this stylish place. Pure nature at the Dreiseithof all made of wood with horses, chickens, and plenty of space for your children. Directly from the property you can access the numerous hiking trails of the Schellenberg. Simbach am Inn / Braunau with all shops are 8 minutes by car. The Rottaler Bäderdreieck is in the immediate vicinity, Burghausen, Passau, Salzburg and Munich can be reached in less than an hour.
