This quirky little house is near to the Sand Creek Trail and a very short walk to Newton’s downtown amenities. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit in the privacy-fenced backyard. This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia! There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests. Due to the age of the house and the amenities offered, this listing is not suitable for children under age 10.

This is a great getaway, centrally located between 3 cities...Wichita, Hutchinson, and Newton. We are only 15 minutes from each! This is a better experience than a hotel. It is private and you can connect with nature. Those who stay are welcome to throw a fishing line into our sandpits! PLEASE NOTE- This is a remote & awesome fishing cabin. Guests must bring towels, toiletries, and bedding! This is the only home on the 35 acre property, but we have family and friends that fish it occasionally.
