This quirky little house is near to the Sand Creek Trail and a very short walk to Newton’s downtown amenities. Enjoy an evening around the fire pit in the privacy-fenced backyard. This “hipster” house is filled with retro and reimagined furnishings. Warning: You may experience nostalgia! There are entry stairs at both the doors, which may limit ease of accessibility for some guests. Cozy Haven for Short and Long Term Stays

Houses 1-2 guests comfortably, up to 4 intimately. This is a gentle and friendly space, though being 100 years old does come with some quirks, like good hygge and some narrow doors and uneven floors. The whole house is decorated with 25 years of art collecting and making, various rocks, bookcases with books, and found objects. The overall feel is cozy and welcoming and there is always something available to read or look at.
