There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We don't have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Chalet Hideout - Apartment Spieljoch

The chalet-apartment "Spieljoch" is located in Hart, surrounded by a few houses, a small farm and directly on the forest border. You can't live more beautifully if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle, but not out of the way. A perfect apartment, in the middle of greenery with wonderful and unobstructed views of the Zillertal mountains, at the end of a private road. Due to the ambitious location on the east side of the valley, countless long hours of sunshine are on the agenda.

Our hut is a unique refuge that combines tradition and modernity. Located at an altitude of 1,370 m, it offers breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains and flowering alpine meadows. With a history of over 100 years, it has a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms with mountain views, and a sunny terrace. Hiking trails start right outside the door, and the sauna provides relaxation after an active day. Ideal for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation.

Our spacious and comfortably furnished 4-room apartment is located in Hart on the sunny side of the beautiful Zillertal. It is about 80 m² and is on the second floor. Divided into 2 bedrooms with double bed, 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, living room with spacious balcony and magnificent views of the Zillertal valley (flat screen available), spacious kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer and capsule coffee machine.

In the Superior Suite with mountain view category, a 70 m² apartment for up to six people with two separate bedrooms, king-size double beds and a spacious living-dining area awaits you. The apartment also has a full kitchen with seating area, two luxurious bathrooms with oversized showers and a modern infrared cabin. A 20 m² terrace invites you to an outdoor breakfast with stunning views of the Tyrolean mountains.

In the back of our traditional wooden house in the Tyrolean style, where there used to be a stable and barn, is the newly built design loft apartment in 2023.
