Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Very nice accommodation in a quiet location and picturesque surroundings. We felt very comfortable.

Beautiful chalet with great views. Super clean, well equipped, lovely and helpful hosts, rooms as pictured in the photos. We were there with the whole family and the size of the house makes it possible to retreat. We will be happy to come back!

We had an extended stay with the family (4adults). The place which is the entire second floor of a very large chalet is furnished and tastefully equipped, nothing is missing, even the welcome bottle! We immediately felt comfortable and enjoyed every moment. We recommend and will be happy to come back if we can. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Great place to stay for large groups! Everything necessary and much more was available and with Verena a good and friendly exchange took place in advance. In fact, the accommodation was even nicer than in the photos. We will be happy to come back.

Were there for the third time. Furthermore, everything is great! Especially in rainy weather, as this year partly, a great place to stay and feel comfortable.

The place is absolutely wonderful, and Till is a great and cheerful person. The location is characterized by tranquility and comfort. Just a heads-up: You'll need to park your car in a designated (free) parking area, then walk about 10 minutes to the cable car. After that, you'll purchase a cable car ticket for 6 euros, followed by an uphill walk to the accommodation for approximately 30 minutes. All luggage and belongings are left at the parking area, and the lodge owner will pick them up. I wanted to explain this so you can make the necessary preparations. للتنويه فقط : تحتاج ان توقف سيارتك في موقف خاص(مجاناً) ومن ثم تمشي قرابة. ١٠ دقائق للتلفريك، ومن ثم تاخذ تذكرة تلفريك بقيمة ٦ يورو، وبعدها مشي للسكن صعودا قرابة ٣٠ دقيقة. جميع الشنط والاغراض يتم وضعها في الموقف ويقوم صاحب النزل باخذها. احببت شرح ذلك فقط لاخذ التجيهزات اللازمة.

we have traveled as a family throughout the week and it has been a wonderful experience. The accommodation is in a unique environment, with fantastic views of the snowy mountains, small garden with a porch that we have had the great luck of having been able to take advantage of it practically every day by the magnificent sun that has accompanied us. From Manuela and her husband we can't say more than that they have been great hosts, attentive from the first moment and with fantastic recommendations. Without a doubt, a place worth visiting. Ojala we can come back soon!

The place was immaculate and very close walking distance to the main lift that is adequate for beginners. The ski bus is 100m away to the bigger slopes and takes 40 mins (roughly) and some good off piste runs that are achievable for a novice/intermediate. Food and beverage everywhere was a pleasant surprise with great choices and not very expensive

We were guests with 2 families at Isabella's apartment. The hostess is always available and very accommodating and friendly. The apartment is very well equipped and clean. If you love nature and country life, you are in the right place! A big thank you to Isabella for letting us spend such beautiful days with you.

Host is very nice. Accommodation spotlessly clean, quiet and welcome snacks (apples, cheese and cold cuts, toast). The kitchen is well equipped and there is coffee, tea. Hygiene items such as shower gel are available. We also got excursion tips. Highly recommended, we will be back 😃

The stay at Alfred and Astrid's place was fantastic. Alfred was particularly friendly and took the time to explain how everything works. The apartment was really above expectations. Super clean and the kitchen was very complete and has a luxurious spacious fridge with ice maker. The apartment has 3 large TVs with a Netflix subscription on each TV. Both a German, a Dutch and an Italian version. No hassle with your own login. There was a fine and fast internet connection of 150 mbit. Very nice. We also enjoyed the beautiful bathroom with luxury hot tub and the lovely rain shower. The apartment is in a quiet place about 6 min drive from a shopping center and it is a 5 min drive to the ski slope of Reith im Alpbachtal and only 10 min drive to the large ski resort in the Alpbachtal. We will definitely come back here again!

Michael is a great host and was always reachable and helpful. The place is spacious and wonderful. Supermarket, cafe and a restaurant are all easily reachable by foot. We had a very pleasant and pleasurable stay.

What a fantastically beautiful retreat surrounded by nature! The Suttenhütte is not just a place to stay – it is a lovingly designed home decorated with so much heart and attention to detail. Simply mega. Every morning we were greeted by a curious fox. & the starry sky is a blast.
We immediately felt at home and felt welcome here. It is a place to arrive, feel comfortable. This place gives peace, inspires and invites you to dream. From the bottom of our hearts, we look forward to coming back.

The description of the chalet by the lake was apt. A really nicely restored and furnished large farmhouse, although chalet is more accurate. A very beautiful outdoor area around the house and especially at the lake!!! Simply an accommodation that left nothing to be desired.

Petra and Jurgen welcomed us and explained everything. During the stay, we asked some questions and got a quick answer. After leaving, forget my toothbrush and it will be sent by mail. We stayed during the Christmas period with 2 adults and 4 children and a large dog and all had a great time in the house where there is a very nice atmosphere. A short distance two ski areas that are ideal for the beginner winter sports enthusiasts. We would recommend this beautiful place and nice house to everyone.
