The beautiful garden with fantastic views of the Tyrolean mountains is inspiring; Children's playground with slide, trampoline and swing, guest herb garden. The center/shops/restaurants can be reached in 5 minutes.

Cozy and modern furnished first floor apartment with 55 m² in a representative Art Nouveau house from 1909. The self-contained apartment has a separate bedroom for 2 people with a solid wood bed 160 × 200 cm made of oiled oak, one of the best mattresses that Stiftung Warentest has ever tested! To get in the mood for our area, there is a regional beer in the fridge for each adult. No cooking oil available. Garden furniture is available in the courtyard.
