Vacation rentals with breakfast in Hart District

We had a delightful one night stay at The Nest on our way to the south coast. After a long day of travel, arriving at The Nest was a welcome embrace. Spotlessly clean and so cozy, it is clear that Sally and Steven have put much care and effort into making this lovely space an oasis. We slept well and were appreciative of the optional breakfast. Steven's culinary skills provided us with a hearty start to the day and we enjoyed the opportunity of chatting with Sally and learning more about the area. Our only regret is that this was a one night stay. If ever in the area, we would certainly stay again. While we did not visit on this trip, we highly recommend nearby Petworth--both the town and the National Trust property are within easy reach.

I’d have to say this spot was the one of the best I’ve been to using Airbnb. The house was spotless with beautiful interior decoration and comfortable beds. The host gave us a range of complimentary snacks. The cinema room was so cool however the garden was absolutely mesmerising and my personal favourite. I am not a bot, Ive been travelling to several countries for years now and I really recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay and spend a relaxing time with friends or friendly then choose this place because it will exceed all your expectations. The hosts were so helpful, kind and their communication was swift and resolved any potential issues we may had faced however, fortunately we faced no complications during our stay, it was perfect.

Really great value for money; big and spacious enough for four, with 2 comfortable double beds, and Lynn even supplied us with breakfast things! The little courtyard was so lovely to sit outside.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, beautiful brand new spacious house with a lovely garden and great parking, I definitely recommend his accommodation.

I had a wonderful weekend at the secret garden. The annexe is exactly as described and was so comfortable, well stocked and homely, not to mention very dog friendly! I absolutely loved it, and would definitely book again!

Unusual period property that has been thoughtfully renovated with modern amenities. Convenient to walk into Windsor or use public transport.

What a wonderful place to stay! Location The location is amazing. Peaceful and tranquil but only a short walk along the beautiful woodland & watercress beds/ river to the town which has an amazing play park, soft play, cafes, shops and restaurants. Lovely country pub the Titchborne Arms just a short drive away. Sleep/ bedrooms So peaceful and tranquil. Very high quality mattresses and linen. Had a wonderful sleep. Amenities/ added extra We felt they were very generous for the price point. Nice welcome items milk, coffee pods, good salt, tea, granola etc. loads of shower gel, shampoo. Great to have a coffee machine and smart TV. Also Hosts were very warm & approachable but not intrusive. The barn was very clean and parking was really easy. It has a shower and bath, very soft towels. All in all a great stay!

Great place, highly recommend. I had expected something much smaller from the photos and price. Lots of space inside and out, private self contained property, very quiet and peaceful. Would have loved to stay for more nights and really make the most of the property. Many thanks

We really enjoyed our stay at Sarah’s! As a family with a baby and a young child, it was perfect, peaceful and well equipped for our stay. We particularly loved having breakfast provided there in the mornings, and the view was fantastic! It is a short walk to Marlow city centre and we would definitely stay here again!

Jeannette met us on our arrival, was very friendly and informative, and made sure we had plenty of provisions to make tea, coffee etc. The accommodation was clean and perfect for our stay.

We had a lovely short stay at Joanne's. The accommodation was spacious and spotless. Bedroom was quiet with no traffic noise. A great location with Hampton Court, local restaurants and shops all within an easy walk.

If we could give a rating of higher than 5 stars, we would. James is welcoming and very responsive. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed is extremely comfortable. The kitchen includes top quality crockery, cutlery, etc. as well as a few food supplies in the cupboard and fridge. Everything that we required was provided. In addition to that James went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We stayed for four days and could have stayed longer. We will definitely return, if the occasion arises. My daughter and I had a lovely stay at The Old Cooks House. It was cosy, clean and comfortable. The beds were great and we both slept well on all nights. Jackie had left a plethora of goodies for us for breakfast and snacking and she was really helpful in guiding us to places to eat out. It was a lovely break.

We had a lovely stay at Diana’s and would definitely stay again. Nothing was too much trouble, Hythe village is walkable and the apartment was lovely - extremely well appointed and even better than the photos.

Wonderful location close to London and Hertfordshire attractions. We found Heather Ann's upstairs flat to be very clean, with easy instructions for entry. The hosts are very friendly and were on hand for any queries. Highly recommend as a good base for the local area.

Beautiful peaceful setting. Davina was a great host & accommodation was perfect for us visiting family in the area .

Christine was very hospitable, attentive and helpful :) she helped us make reservations at a local pub, she gave us a phone number for the local cab that helped us when we couldn’t find a ride to the train station, she greeted us and offered us tea and had non dairy milk which was awesome, her breakfast in the morning was delicious and I felt very comfortable and at home here. Beautiful garden that was nice to walk around. Cute town that is walkable and peaceful. I would stay here again everything was lovely.

Fabulous host who went out of his way to help us get to a nearby wedding, including flexibility on early check-in and offers of lifts. Rooms were very comfortable and we really appreciated our delicious cooked breakfast. Felt like we were staying in a warm, family home rather than just some rooms. Thank you very much John. We felt like coming home. We enjoyed the beautiful garden and the wonderful equipped living- room and dining area. The breakfast was great and the tips for Restaurants etc. very helpful. Our dog was welcome, too. We definitely recommand These wonderful quiet place.

This stay was really outstanding for the beautiful English garden, so well maintained, so peaceful. Kate and Mark are friendly, welcoming and super helpful. Their historical home has been well maintained and updated. Very cozy and comfortable. For Jane Austen fans, the location cannot be better, one really walks in her footsteps. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay albeit short, only one night. If you want a cosy, character and quirky cottage in a peaceful village with lovely walks and a great pub near by then this is the perfect getaway! Gilly and James were lovely hosts. Thank you for our stay.

Lucy was extremely hospitable & thoughtful ! The fridge in my room has crumpets inside !! Cute ! A bowl of little varied chocolates, one of fruit & cutlery , a breakfast bowl , kettle : tea , coffee , hot chocolate and more , she thought of everything , and even had some toiletries incl shampoo & conditioner.. my room has its own showroom / toilet 👍🏼 Very communicative , friendly , helpful and happy for you to enjoy her garden and home ! Will def stay again if I return ! Plus Sassy her fluffy grey cat is a bonus ! Thanks L! 🪷
