New kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, induction, coffee machine…) BIO fireplace + bathroom (shower) and toilet. One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 05/2026.

Uprostřed Jizerských hor se nachází naše útulná chalupa. Je vhodná jak pro partu lidí, tak pro rodiny s dětmi. Ubytuje 8 hostů. Vše je zařízenou pro maximální odpočinek a relaxaci. Chalupa je plně vybavena od kuchyně až po dětský koutek. Pod pergolou je venkovní posezení, sauna a ledová sprcha. Lyžařské areály se nachází v blízké vzdálenosti od domu. V létě pak doporučujeme procházky po krásných cyklostezkách. K dispozici v chalupě máme krosnu pro děti.
