Huset är 130 kvm; kök, badrum med golvvärme och skön dusch. 4 vackra sovrum och rymligt allrum med braskamin. Uteplats med bord och stolar, grillplats med utsikt mot sjön samt studsmatta för barnen sommartid. Vid sjön vedeldad bastu att hyra samt roddbåt att låna. Lakan & handdukar kan hyras. Städning kan bokas. En stuga för 2 finns också att hyra.

Lägenhet på Östanbäcksgatan

Välkommen hem till oss! Vi erbjuder en ljus och luftig lägenhet mitt i centrala Härnösand i den pittoreska stadsdelen Östanbäcken. Lägenheten har två rum, ett sovrum och ett vardagsrum (totalt 59kvm) och den ligger på andra plan i vårt gårdshus. I sovrummet finns en dubbelsäng och i vardagsrummet finns en dagbädd som går att omvandla till en dubbelsäng. Tyvärr finns det ingen dörr till vardagsrummet men vi har satt upp en gardin som kan dras för. Parkering finns precis utanför.

The apartment is located in the center. Within 200m you will find restaurants, shops, grocery store, swimming pool and much more! It is possible to park a car in the yard completely free of charge if it is available. Must be booked in advance. One bedroom and a living room with sofa bed and bunk bed. The house is one of the oldest in Härnösand, it was built in 1841, but is tastefully renovated! Everything in the kitchen is available! The apartment is renovated January 2021!

Seaview, Höga kusten, close to Rotsidan

Welcome to this newly built house in beautiful Fällsvikshamn. The house was completed in the autumn of 2020, sea view and is close to the water. Fällsvikshamn is an older fishing village with old boathouses. You will live close to Rotsidan, bath from rocks or beach, hiking trails, excursion places, sea fishing and incredible natur. Underfloor heating in the hole house , and AC for sunny days. Wi-Fi, TV and normal housing standard. June-August only booking Sunday-Sunday.

Möjlighet finns för ytterligare en sängplats (4:e gästsäng). Nyrenoverat badrum med golvvärme, dusch och toalett. Tvättmaskin finns. Stor balkong med dag och kvällssol. 50 m till båten Ådalen III som kör dag och kvällsturer sommarhalvåret till Höga Kustenbron med buffé och trubadur.

Mysig lägenhet i centrala Härnösand, lägenheten är väldigt öppen med bra utsikt, kvällssol, stora fönster och även en balkong. Lägenheten har ett kök, sovrum, vardagsrum, finns även en tvättmaskin om det skulle behöva lånas. Handdukar finns att låna, sängen är bäddad med rena sängkläder när ni kommer. När ni sedan lämnar lägenheten så vill jag gärna att den ser ut som när ni kom, bädda rent med nya sängkläder och lägg fram rena handdukar.

Cottage with a dream location

This charming cottage is situated on an island with the living room overlooking the estuary. There are sleeping possibilities for five people: one bedroom with a bed and a loft with three comfortable bed mattresses. There is one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine in the cottage. This is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the rich nature that the island gives. Explore it by foot or bikes.

Gårdshuset

Välkommen till Bergsåker som ligger 10 minuter med bil till Sundsvalls centrum. Bussen går regelbundet och stannar på vägen mot stan utanför Mittuniverstetet. Här bor du i ett helt nyrenoverad gårdshus med kök, badrum och en dubbelsängs. Vill du ta dig till Birsta köpcentrum är det endast en raksträcka på ca 10 minuter med bil så är du där. Sängkläder, handdukar och städning ingår i hyran. Gratis parkering på gården.

Easy to access from E4 but still enough far away.
