The open-concept living space includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and open living room. Note: Owners reserve the garage for personal use only; it isn't accessable to guests.

The garage has been converted into a game room with a ping pong table, dartboard, arcade machine and a pinball machine. There is a basketball goal in the driveway. Minutes away from the renovated Woodlake Country Club and Maples Golf Course.

Located just 3 miles from downtown Fuquay Varina this property is fenced in with three detached buildings for your group to spread out and enjoy. Total of 4 bedrooms and a pull out sofa in the game room. Kids indoor play area, pool table, darts and a poker table to keep all entertained. Outdoors you'll find 2 grills, a large covered firepit, corn hole boards and a horse shoe pit.

High speed wi-fi, smart tv, and complimentary coffee.Street parking-May not be a good fit for people with mobility issues. The front door is 110 steps from the street including a stone pathway down the lawn. Very dark at night-use phone light on path.

Your Windy Lake Getaway

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly lakehouse. The main floor was built in 1938 by Vicky‘s grandfather and moved to this prime location on the east side of the lake. It sits on an 83 acre parcel. All the main floor details are as close as we could keep them to the original. Furnishings and decor allow us to reminisce. The newly built second floor is a spacious modern cabin with natural pine bead board walls and 14 ft ceilings. Fishing encouraged!
