This 1940 brick farm house was built by my grandfather and tobacco was grown for years. He owned and operated the White Swann Trading Post and grill until his passing. We consider ourselves fortunate and enjoy sharing the beauty and wonder of this place with our family and now you. Today it is in transition from being an active sheep farm. In addition to nice walking and outdoor hangout spots on the 83 acres there is a 9 acre lake where you may enjoy fishing and non motorized boating! Welcome!

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in a gated golf community. A view of the lake can be seen from the front porch and at the deck at the back of the house. Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

The house was amazing! William was so helpful and wonderful to work with. At the last minute had to add an extra night and he was so accommodating. The house was spotless and very welcoming! Had a lovely stay and would stay again!

My husband and I found this lovely little getaway conveniently located in my daughters neighborhood. Since we live 5 hours away this is such a wonderful spot for us stay when we want to visit our grandchildren without being a burden on the family. The room was very nice with so many extra touches. She even left bananas and oranges along with other snacks for us. I especially appreciated the half and half for my coffee. We definitely recommend it!

This Lake house was exceptionally beautiful. The house had almost everything you would need for anything you wanted to do. I’m only upset that I didn’t take inventory before going to the store. There was extra of everything!! Even food and drink! There were beautiful swans and geese swimming all day in the lake. If you love nature, this is the perfect getaway. Beds were comfy, shower was powerful and refreshing after a dip in the pool or lake. TVs had streaming services you could log into . There was sporting equipment if you wanted to play some games. Ping pong and pool table inside also.. We had a blast and only wish we could’ve stayed longer 🥰

This house was perfect for a large group. We had four couples, and everyone was comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. Came to see family in Sanford and the house was perfectly located. The house sits in a very secure gated community. They have a lake with a sandy beach, huge pool, and most special was a golf course. We had everything we needed to cook. Grocery store was just down the road. Hope to come back soon.

Nancy is a 5 star host. warm and caring. the home is a beautiful southern oasis just 40 mins from Pinehurst located on a great golf course. great for walking/ running. everything was clean, peaceful, very safe and charming.
