Peaceful homestead

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The house sits on 7.5 acres with pigs, chickens, and cows. The cows and pigs are contained by electric fencing (some surrounding the yard area). The host lives on the property (roughly 200 ft from the home) and cares for the animals daily, so is nearby and available if you need anything. You may occasionally see the host walk up to the side of the house to use the water hose for the livestock, but will ensure maximum privacy for guests.

The exterior of a two-story home is set among lush greenery, with a spacious pool surrounded by a stone deck. A wooden balcony extends from the second floor, providing an inviting outdoor space. Mature trees offer shade and a sense of privacy.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. The house is located in a gated golf community. A view of the lake can be seen from the front porch and at the deck at the back of the house. Guests have a marina access and you can bring any non gasoline engine boats. You can enjoy the community pool(closed during winter season). The house has a fire pit in the backyard and a charcoal grill. Ample parking area. Wifi and Roku are included. Within min to a number of groceries and restaurants.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the beautiful Carolina Trace development. The unit is located in the downstairs of Lakeview home. It is separate, secure and private from the rest of the home. Plenty of parking. The marina is a short walk away and there is a pool in the development to enjoy. Completely furnished, internet, garbage pickup, fully stocked kitchen, smart tv in each room, washer and dryer, outdoor sitting and a large couch relax in after a busy day.
