Monthly Rentals in Harlem, Manhattan

We enjoyed our stay in Charles place! The surroundings are quiet and the flat was very clean and looked liked the photos. Charles was very responsive everytime we would ask anything. We definitely recommend this place!

I stayed in Michael's wonderful apartment for nearly a month. It is a pristine, lovingly cared for home, and I felt so lucky to be able to share this space. Thank you to Michael for all the kindness and hospitality. I had lived in New York for seven years and so I know the city well; it was a gift to be back.

My stay at Hamilton's place was outstanding. The location is superb and I had no problems getting to the subway or bus. The neighbourhood was safe while I was there and I frequented the stores in the neighbourhood. There is also a Laundromat right around the corner. The Deli's in the neighbourhood were excellent and provided everything in needed. Hamilton was incredible gracious in his help, and quick to respond, and giving me a lot of amazing tips before I arrived and during my stay. The place exceeded my expectation. It was easy to get to, safe to stay at, and ultra quiet. It had everything I needed, and I can highly recommend his place. There are many subway lines only a few blocks away taking you downtown Manhattan, and the busses run right around the corner. I had everything in needed and Hamilton was always available to help. The check-in and check-out was extremely easy, and I will definitely be back next time I am in New York. I highly recommend Hamilton's place !, and am happy to have had such an extremely positive experience.

Beautiful, spacious 1BR apartment on the parlour floor (high ceilings!) of a charming brownstone in the heart of Harlem. I stayed for months and loved it! Matt is a very responsive and caring Host, always attentive and friendly, and his staff lovely. The kitchen is fab- I cook a lot and it was a joy- big fridge, long counter and nice big oven for the Thanksgiving turkey and making desserts! Apt is only 1/2 a block from the express 2/3 subway- wow only 18 minutes to Times Square! I got home so fast after Broadway shows! I found I could get wherever I needed in Manhattan quickly. The central heat and airco in the apt are wonderful. Lots of fun restaurants in the neighborhood. The street is quiet which I so appreciate. Loved watching the leaves turn in the Fall from the big living room windows. I heartily recommend this AirBnb and Matt who is a great host!
