Beautiful Brooklyn space in Prospect Heights!

Gorgeous , sunny one bedroom in my home. My home is a beautiful historic brownstone. Newly renovated throughout. It's located in one of the most desired, hip areas in Brooklyn with great restaurants and nightlife nearby. Close to all transportation, the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park. A very safe neighborhood for walks. You can ride the train directly from Penn Station or JFK to the apartment. We have an apartment wide Next Generation HEPA Filtration System to protect against viruses.

Charming huge guest suite in Williamsburg

Live like a Brooklyn local in this truly special 1910 townhouse. You'll enjoy a suite which is part of where I live. Within walking distance are a variety of great restaurants, coffee houses, 3 supermarkets and other shopping spots. A fast 15 minute ride into Manhattan on the L train. No parties allowed in the space. This is a smoke free environment. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the space. Anyone violating these rules may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Has its own living room and full bath. You'll share the main entrance , staircase and 2nd floor kitchen with other guests. If you book for one or two guests, you will only receive the double bed. Twin bed and sofa bed will be prepared for 3rd and 4th guests only.
