Jól felszerelt a kényelmes tartózkodáshoz, az utcán vendégeink részére bérelt parkolóhellyel egy autó részére. A lakás kiválóan alkalmas családok részére, mert 2 fürdőszoba, 2 wc és egy közösségi térrel is rendelkezik. Az apartman a 4. emeleten található, lift nincs, azonban cserébe páratlan panoráma terül elénk a teraszról, Székesegyház, Tv torony, a belvárosra néz.

A közgazdasági és jogi egyetem 2 buszmegállóra, az orvosi egyetem 8-10 perc sétára található. Közelben játszótér, cukrászda, éttermek vannak.
