JackRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I stayed at Lils and I can share that this house/room is a amazing stay! Straight away Lil was very welcoming and helpful on my arrival. The room was secure and spacious and I was able to relax and unwind after a long day at work. A very peaceful and quiet house with Netflix on TV. The bed is very comfortable and well kept. Would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Lil I'll be back

We truly felt at home and it was a perfectly central location for our time reminiscing and exploring the area (my partner grew up nearby). Francesca’s suggestions were detailed and helpful, we enjoyed several of her suggestions. We hope to be able to visit again in the future!

Self-contained village annex

Many thanks again for a wonderful stay... the entire weekend break while competing at Nene Valley Trails (30km race) and also catching up with my son was perfect. Geoff & Mary were such welcoming / helpful hosts - their immaculate converted annex stable barn is perfectly located to enjoy the delights of this beautiful part of Northamptonshire, and made us feel very much at home. Regards Simon

The Old Piggery - tranquil garden guest cottage

Dawn is the perfect Host . The property has a central location reminiscent of that French logis with creamy white gravel leading to the property within a private garden . She made us so welcome. The location was ideal for visiting St Neots , St Ives , Cambridge. A peaceful village with lots going on . The Royal Oak village pub is the hub . A typical village cosy pub . If you like walking , Hail western then is ideal for exploring the walkways and waterways / rivers . All on the flat , get those bikes out you will enjoy the location .
A welcoming entrance area is visible, featuring a patterned sofa and a wooden sideboard. Light-colored walls are complemented by framed artwork, creating a bright atmosphere. A view of the adjacent room can be seen through an open doorway, enhancing the sense of space.

Annex to the Red House

Beverley was there to give us a friendly welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was exactly as it looked on the pictures and had everything you could need. It was a warm day and the windows had been opened to ensure it was as cool as possible. The instructions provided before check in were clear and answered any questions I might have had. Beverley was quick to respond and we really enjoyed our stay.

Very responsive and courteous hosts. Place was ideal for two of us. Convenience store, pub and cafe within waking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in a quiet town close to Wellingborough and Kettering.
