In a quiet corner of a tree-lined field close to our own private fishing lake called Venton Trout Lakes, Our woodsman's hut will give you the chance to get away from it all. It has its own private toilet and shower facilities in separate huts adjacent to the main cabin accessed by a pathway. We provide a kettle, toaster, microwave, induction hob, gas hob & BBQ for outdoors, cutlery, small coolbox, crockery, cooking utensils, bedding and towels.

Deanburn Barn is a cosy, straw bale barn which sits nestled at the end of a private drive on the edge of the beautiful Dartmoor National Park. It provides a unique, rural retreat for walkers, cyclists and nature lovers wishing to get away from it all. Sitting amongst beautiful, ancient beech trees, our cosy, straw bale barn is an ideal place to come and relax and to leave the world behind. The barn is detached and is surrounded by trees, open fields and the sound of birds and running water.

Welcome to the Maple Room, a private en suite guest unit in our family home. The room has its own private entrance, it is completely self contained and comprises of an entry room and an en suite bedroom. We are in the beautiful medieval "river and market" town of Totnes, home to many independent shops and eateries, close to beaches, Dartmoor and many walking and hiking trails. Our house is on a hill overlooking the town, with gorgeous views, and the high street is a 10/15 minute walk away.

Higher Brook Shepherd's Hut

Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Ruby Retreat Shepherd’s Hut in Devon

Ruby Retreat is a unique Shepherd's Hut hand built in larch, cedar and ash by local carpenter, Peter Milner. His skilled design and craftsmanship gives Ruby a very special feeling. She is brand new for 2023. She sits in her own secluded position on a working Devon farm. The views over the glorious Devon hills are truly captivating. There is nothing to distract you from gazing at the fields, hills, woodland and distant church spire (well, maybe some sheep and lambs frolicking).

Swaledale Shepherd’s Hut -in the heart of Dartmoor

This brand new Shepherds Hut is set in the heart of the Dartmoor national park, surrounded by beautiful Dartmoor valleys and rolling hills. It is spacious, benefiting from a double bunk bed, log burner for cosy evenings, a small kitchen area, table and chairs, a sheepskin bench and USB charging points. Outside, there is parking and a lawn area, fire pit and BBQ with picnic table. The hut is situated on a Small shepherds hut campsite in a beautiful moorland valley.

Set in 6 acres of space and a stone's throw to an award winning pub, close to Dartington, Totnes, Dartmoor and the sea. Loads to do nearby or just stay & relax in the woodfired hot tub under the stars. We are dog friendly but cannot accept bookings with a dog/s until you have contacted us & agreed to our dog T’s & Cs. The Annex at Hollymount Cottage

Perfect for short getaways; a small, cosy, stylish, self contained annex which is part of a family home. The listed cottage is set in the AONB village of Avonwick; on the edge of the South Hams, Totnes, Dartmoor and the South coast The Annex has it's own entrance, little galley, desk area, double bedroom and little en-suite shower room. Living in the main house are a sociable, young family of three and a dog! We can organise a cot for 0-2 year olds
