Double studio with A/C, free parking & car hire

Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

Market Harborough, noted for it's coaching inns and Old Grammar School dating from 1614. Markets are held almost every day and the town has it's own theatre. Immaculate 1920's house with two bedrooms, a family bathroom , downstairs toilet, kitchen/diner and two reception rooms, A large garden with patio, lawn and fruit trees. Just a 3 minute walk from train station, (train less than one hour to London). Area boasts a Museum, Country houses, Foxton Locks, Canal basin and lots of good eateries.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill.
