The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The landscape changes with the tides.

This small house is close to the Monts d'Arrée hiking trails, and Lake Brennilis. Not far from the small towns of Huelgoat, Pleyben you will quickly access the coasts (Pentrez 40 minutes, Crozon 1 hour, Fouesnant country 1 hour). Bike enthusiasts will also find happiness here.

LE REFUGE DE LA RIA is a quiet family cottage of 200 m2. With its large sunny living room and sea views, you will enjoy an ideal setting to rest with your loved ones. The sailing club and coastal trail, within walking distance of the house, will introduce you to the idyllic setting of the south of the Brest harbor.
