Hi , We are renting out a furnished house, integrated into the courtyard of our farmhouse, which we have renovated ourselves. This accommodation is conveniently located about 15 minutes from the beaches of the bay of Brest, on the edge of the Armorica Regional Natural Park, but also at the gates of the Crozon peninsula and the Monts d'Arrée. We are 20-30 minutes from the entrance to the neighboring towns: Landerneau (20 minutes) – Brest (23 minutes) – Châteaulin (25 minutes) and 30 minutes from the first beaches of the peninsula.

The house consists of 3 pentys (small farm buildings) of which 2 are equipped with bread ovens. We renovated them for 3 years in an ecological spirit to form an atypical whole. Located on a meander of the Aulne Maritime in an old Breton village, the house is ideally located for visiting the Armorica Natural Park, access to the beaches of Douarnenez Bay (10 min), the town of Châteaulin (all shops 5 min away), Menez Hom. The landscape changes with the tides.

In a welcoming and soothing setting, I offer the rental of a gîte, located in a completely renovated 19th century farmhouse complex. Capacity 4 people. Living room, kitchen, toilet with two bedrooms upstairs (1 double bed and two single beds), it is a cottage, SHEETS-towels are to be provided; bathroom with shower. For a vacation or an overnight stay, we offer you our cozy house for 4 people near a forest with its many trails. 10 minutes from Quimper and 25 minutes from the beaches. The house is well-equipped, the beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels and kitchen linens are provided. To access it, you will take 4 large steps. All local shops are 800 m away. Our main residence is on the same property (Dogs accepted upon request)

Small Mill – Moulin de Rossiou and its pool

Le Petit Moulin is a symbolic place in the hamlet of Rossiou. This is where, for centuries, thanks to the power of water, wheat was ground by successive generations of millers. Even today, some village elders remember bringing their bag of wheat there. Completely rebuilt in the 1970s, it has retained the charm of old stones, arched doors and thick slates. Through a glass paving, you can see the flow of water under the mill.

Mon logement est proche de la mer, à la campagne, centré par rapport aux principaux sites touristiques du Finistère. Vous apprécierez l'emplacement, le calme, et le confort. Le gîte est idéal pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires, les familles (avec enfants) et peut convenir aux compagnons à quatre pattes. Le logement n’est pas adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

La Petite Bélérit is a 90 m² townhouse, located in the heart of Landerneau. We completely renovated it in 2021. Everything is within walking distance!
