Quite neighborhood very close to the city centre, clean, cute balcony

Malta is always worth a visit, but Gozo has the position of the quiet and green side of the islands. And in the heart of Gozo in Victoria, Rowen's apartment is located in a quiet, central side street in the style of a 'house of character'. Those who stay there not only live for rent, but live there the time they spend there: greeting neighbors, all the amenities of daily life are in the area such as restaurants, ice cream parlor, supermarket (best oysters!!), and from the center you can get to any point of the island in less than 20 minutes. Rowan is a perfect host, the apartment is perfectly maintained, nothing is missing incl. all necessary accessories for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper. This may be a small thing, but it is always very unpleasant when you have to buy these things yourself for a few days. My tip: a clear recommendation, just try it!

This was the most unique and best Airbnb our family has stayed in! The views were incredible and we spent so many hours on the terrace and balcony watching the boats in the harbor. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and highly recommend this place! Anne and Frances were amazing hosts who made the experience easy.

The house has an amazing atmosphere, especially the terrace, windows and pool. The center looks better than in the photos. The host was flexible about check-in and check-out times, which was a huge plus.

This place is absolutely stunning. So peaceful, both inside and out in the beautiful garden. Authentic & historic. The local village and area are very interesting to walk around - I recommend the Zebbug loop (if you don't mind a steep hill!) Very well stocked, even a bottle of prosecco was provided, beach towels, etc. Ana was very helpful, recommending local beaches and restaurants, and always responsive, kindly allowing me a late checkout on the last day. My one comment, as someone else has said, is it should be made clearer in the description that the place is all really one room, with no real separation between bedroom, kitchen and living room. This doesn't matter if you are 1 or 2, but may affect groups of 3 depending on their makeup, as there is no real privacy.

An amazing Airbnb and in the best location. It has everything you need to be comfortable. We stayed for a week and want to come back and stay here! I highly recommend it. Just outside the city centre and no noise at all. Beautiful park right beside and walkable to everything. Busses and ferries were very walkable and easy to get to. Thanks Eman for the recommendations. We will be back.

Staying at this penthouse in Malta was such a treat! The space was even more beautiful than the photos — bright, spacious, and with incredible views. It had everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The location was fantastic for exploring the island, and the host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Malta!

A lovely, comfortable apartment in an Old Townhouse with easy access to all Valletta has to offer. We also enjoyed access to the lounge and balcony on the floor above with views over city rooftops and the Mediterranean. The terrace also has impressive views of the Church Dome and Cathedral Spire to the rear. These landmarks dominate views of Valletta from the sea and are wonderful lit up at night. Michelle is a great host, fun to be around and her cats are the best behaved we have ever encountered. She is very discreet and respectful of your privacy. We would happily stay there again.

Lovely apartment, exactly as described. Very well appointed and had everything you need for a real home from home feel. Short walk from a couple of supermarkets and restaurants. Already thinking of booking for next year.

This place is perfectly located between Sliema/StJuliens and Valletta. Easily walkable if you’re one to wanting to get your steps in. But also plenty of bus stops nearby running from morning to night. I felt safe coming back here late at night too. The apartment offered exactly what I needed for my stay. You’ll get the morning sun on the balcony (in May) - which also means the apartment lights up pretty early. Juri was accommodating and gave all necessary instructions. I would highly recommend and definitely stay here again if I were to come back.

The apartment was spotlessly clean with modern appliances. The beds were comfortable and very spacious. The view from the balcony across the harbour is amazing, which alone makes the apartment an excellent place to stay. We were surrounded by extremely good restaurants with many choices of cuisine. Andrea was an excellent host, very helpful and always available. Overall a great place to stay. Highly recommended.

This apartment is stunning. We were really impressed with the neighborhood and how walkable everything was. We had a short trip in Malta and chose this location because it was close to the airport on our last day however I wish we were able to stay longer. The sunrise and sunset from the apartment were incredible and I wish we could have enjoyed a few more. Even though our stay was short we loved it and would love to come back.

Frank was a very genuine and friendly Maltese local. A true gentleman. He was so informative about his lovely island. We just wish we had more time than the 2 days that we had there.

Caroline was such a great host, she left us a folder full of contacts for food and things to do round Malta. Great location as there are restaurants and shops near by and even good transport links. Gadeira bay being 10mins away on the bus.

The place was great, very clean and easy to maintain. The bed was quite comfortable! The air condition cools very quickly:) There was a lot of construction in the area which seems to be the vibe of Malta at this time and a little bit of a nuisance at 7 am! A word of advice….when calling for an uber or a bolt, mention pickup to be on the corner near ‘Lucia’s hair salon’ as for some reason the flats address is hard to find because of the one-way street! There are many great restaurants near Fra Ben (only a 15 minute walk down the street). A good place for ice cream is Tanti ice cream just across the road. Local veggie trucks are accessible everywhere if anyone needs fresh fruits and veggies. A great place to swim in the area where many locals go is behind Fra Ben or Qawra Point a short 15 min walk. It’s a rocky gem! The bus stop is a very close walking distance and Valletta is a beautiful 50 minute bus ride in the morning through quaint villages! A great way to take Malta in!

The apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed, plus some lovely extras like fresh coffee and an ironing board. The washing machine’s 15-minute cycle was especially handy for a quick turnaround of clothes. The views from the apartment were extraordinary, both during the day and at night. We didn’t use any of the common areas of the apartment block and wouldn’t have used the pool, so we can’t comment on those. The apartment was ideal for our holiday. We had a car and spent our 10-day stay exploring Gozo and Malta with ease. We would happily stay again if the mattress is replaced—it was very, very uncomfortable. Aside from that it was a great stay. Thank you!

The place is even bigger than it seems in the photos. It was all really nice and clean. The place is close to the airport ( walkable distance, around 15 min walk), and there’s a bus stop almost in front of the apartment. It’s a very convenient place to stay! Catherine was a great host, it was easy to communicate with her, and she made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Definitely recommended!
