This is a new apartment on the first floor with private entrance and covered parking. Guest have access to a pool, hot tub, sauna, patio and grill. There are tables, chairs, lounge chairs and swings around the pool area. We are with in 3 minutes from all of downtown Hammond and 2 minutes to Southeastern Louisiana University. We are only 45 minutes to New Orleans, 18 minutes to Mandeville/Covington and 35 minutes to Baton Rouge.

David’s place was great! It was in a nice location where there wasn’t much traffic. The house was easy to find. Check in was very smooth. The house was very clean. All linens were clean. The house had everything needed. Dishes, towels, wash cloths, vacuum, mop, broom & cooking supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

After running all day seeing friends shopping and riding my bike it was the most peaceful place to come. The host were super polite and nice. I had a truck trailer and bike and trailer they accommodated all of this I was definitely very pleased thanks Keri for a great weekend

Enjoyed our stay! We were originally set to check in Monday however due to last min changes, we asked the host if we could check in Sunday instead. The host responded right away & was flexible with us doing so. They also replied back quickly when we reached out twice asking them questions during our stay. Place was overall comfy. 2BR/2BA - Long Term Stays!

Tony was a great host ! He was very helpful and communicated well when I needed help with anything ! I stayed for 3 months and I honestly would have stayed longer cause it felt like home ! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place that feels like home away from home.

Peaceful Retreat

The place is a lot more space than it looks like in the photos. We were really happy with how large the interior was. The host was also really nice and accommodating. We had a last minute schedule change and she helped us get everything sorted out. The house has plenty of parking, and it's easy to get in and out of. Great location and experience.

David's chateau is a beautiful place. I love the country setting. It's's nice and spacious and just a short drive from interstate 10. I've now stayed at his chateau multiple times on our way to and from FL and would continue to do so. His place is always clean and accommodating. It has a real I'm at home feeling. I would definitely recommend.

Compared to other airbnb properties on our current trip, this was the best value for the space. Quiet area, plenty of space with a full kitchen and laundry area. Big closets and dresser space, spacious bathroom with garden tub. Would be perfect for an extended stay, though we were only there over night. I do recommend it!
