Vacation rentals with a patio in Hamm

A very nice and modern place with quality cuisine. You have a small terrace as well as private parking on the farm. The whole house is of very high quality, beautifully and modernly maintained. Everything is within easy walking distance. I'd love to come back!

As the reviews already show - a very, very great apartment! The apartment is very large, clean and bright, quiet and with direct views of the countryside. Out of the window you can see horses and pheasants. The apartment is stylish and simply furnished, we especially liked the large sofa, the high-quality towels and linens. We spent the weekend there with our 1.5-year-old daughter and it was very relaxing and uncomplicated for all of us. The hosts could not be nicer and more likeable! We would like to come back again.

Beautiful little retreat, the whole yard is really beautiful! There is everything you need in the room and it corresponds exactly to the pictures! Anne is very accessible if any questions arise!

We stayed in Uwe's apartment as a family with 2 children. Everything was as described and as shown in the pictures. The apartment is very nicely decorated and very spacious. Since we like to have it dark to sleep, we were happy to be able to completely darken the rooms with the shutters. Another perk is the dishwasher. Uwe was an uncomplicated, flexible and very nice host. Location was also great for our purposes. Bakery and supermarket are within walking distance and directly opposite is a cute park with climbing frame for the children. We will be happy to come back.

This was the second stay in Carina's beautiful apartment and certainly not the last. The kitchen equipment is very high-quality with pots from Le Creuset and so is the whole furnishings. The lake is just a stone's throw away and there is a parking lot at the house. Those who are very sensitive to traffic noise may be particularly bothered by the motorcyclists, but unfortunately you can hear them almost everywhere in the area. The bedroom is at the back, so it is very quiet at night. Overall, a vacation apartment to feel good and relax!

The communications with Thomas was easy and quick We went for a long weekend in Winterberg to attend a bike festival and competition The appartment is located right next to the ski/bike park so really easy Everything we needed was there - Linens towels and the beds are really comfortable The appartment is within a big building - although probably a lot of rentals it was really quiet and we felt safe The access to the parking is not so direct but it is secure. Be careful it is 2m height max We would definitely stay here again

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Monika's place. Already in advance, the contact with her was extremely pleasant – she responded very quickly to our messages and was consistently friendly and helpful. The place itself immediately convinced us: everything was very modernly furnished, tastefully designed and above all absolutely clean. The house was just as described. The location great to us. In the morning, only the birds could be heard. At breakfast and dinner, we always had a visit from 3 blackbirds and two rabbits who were on the lawn. We were able to take beautiful bike rides. With our dog, it was only a few steps through the gate in the garden into the forest. We also liked the walks around the small lake. What was there to complain about? An open description for the TV might have been helpful. Maybe it was also in the drawer in the kitchen, where we also found the description for the oven. Which we needed, because the setting symbols on the rotary knob are printed very small on the side edge and you can't see them when you stand in front of the oven. But the manufacturer's designer messed that up. All in all, we have a quiet, beautiful vacation. Would have been too quiet for our children with the grandchildren

We enjoyed our weekend in this beautiful home. Due to the presence of personal belongings, this home feels like "home". Some things are a little outdated and a little less clean, but the openness of the house and the beautiful garden make it all good. Oliver was very easy to reach and our problem with cold water was quickly solved (even on a holiday/Saturday). The region is also very beautiful for walks and bike rides. Highly recommended.

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. Our stay couldn't have been better! The house is very well equipped, the area beautiful and Matthies a great host. We were there with our racing bikes and had plenty of room to park the bikes at the house. The sauna was our highlight every evening!

Bella’s place is a bit of a gem. A large two bed flat, with great living space. Location is quiet and peaceful and we were able to walk into the city. Plenty of public transport too. Communication was great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful apartment. The fenced garden was ideal for our dogs, who also enjoyed the walks by the nearby water. Everything was tip top clean and nicely decorated - you noticed that someone made an effort. The surroundings are amazing and you can quickly reach all the interesting places in the Ruhr area. An absolute recommendation!
