Great place, clean private area with nice scenery

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

If I could give this stay 6 stars I would!!! The most peaceful, idyllic atmosphere so close to everything you’d want to do at Silver Lake. Kathleen is absolutely SUPERhost status and even saved the day by providing some warm clothes when we came unprepared for the cooler weather we encountered. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Alicia was great about responding quickly when we needed something or had questions. The property was beautiful and you can tell there was lots of thought put into the home. The outdoor part of the property was so much fun and gorgeous!

This was a perfect house for a weekend stay. The first floor bedroom was perfect for someone unable to do stairs, and the upstairs rooms were perfect for the rest of us. The kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked with all tools we needed for cooking

Nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable, & easy to access. Nice backyard with a fire pit. Able to walk to public lake access down the road. I stayed there solo with four little kids (6, 5, 3, & 1). Diane (host) provided a pack & play. There was minimal "stuff" out & about for the one year old to get into. Overall it was a great place to stay with my kids.

We had a great stay at the Little Green Cottage! The home was charming, cozy, and had everything we needed. Check-in was easy, the street was quiet, and the cottage was very close to town and the water. Libbie was friendly and gave us lots of great recommendations. We would definitely recommend to others!

This place was exceptional, spotless even nicer than the pictures and literally the best stocked place I have ever stayed in. Coffee, cream sugar, note pad, laundry supplies….Other hosts should stay here and take notes! I have already recommended it others and I can't imagine s staying anywhere else when I return to the area!i Loved it! ❤️

We were originally supposed to been here two weeks before. My wife became ill three days before we were to leave and Melissa worked with us to find alternative dates. A fantastic host and very friendly. The space has everything you need and more. The town and the coast, extremely charming. Fall of the year, beautiful! Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay along the coast of Michigan. You can see the water from the window and walk two streets to the beach, simply cannot say enough about the house and the area where we are staying.

Our stay in Tina's condo was absolutely wonderful! We had the upper back unit with a patio overlooking her beautiful back yard. The condo was clean and very well furnished. It has everything you could possibly need. Tina was very helpful with recommendations for things to do and responded very quickly to any questions we had. The condo is within walking distance to so many things, including the pier and lighthouse. I cannot imagine a better place to stay in Grand Haven. Highly, highly recommend!

Christine's place was amazing, she was very helpful. Had a sweet dog to greet us when we got there and made homemade donuts for us. Place is even bigger than advertised. Wifi worked great, everything was clean and homey. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay at Daphne & Will's gorgeous home. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement – their space was filled with tasteful decorations, thoughtful touches, and high-quality finishes and furnishings. There was no way we could use every amenity available on a short 3-day stay, but that's all the more reason to come back and enjoy the space again sometime in the future. We particularly enjoyed the fireplace, view of the trees and lake, and comfy sofa – perfect for a relaxing trip. Will and Daphne struck the perfect balance of responsiveness, giving space, and friendliness. Airbnb perfection.

Great Place. Great Location. Be sure to confirm the address before going. The address AirBnB provided took me down dirt roads in the middle of nowhere 15 miles from the actual camp ground. But once you arrive the staff are great and very helpful

My husband and his friend stayed here for a couple days while salmon fishing. They said the beds were comfortable, good amenities, nice hot water for showers and they really appreciated the fish cleaning station. Thanks for the great stay!

I rented Carrie's place for a family who lost their home in a fire. she was able to move quickly into getting them into a cabin same day as the fire. The family was very happy with their stay. Thanks so much Carrie!
