You’ll love my place because of your own private BBQ and outdoor area. Clean and modern unit, in a nice central location.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers. Our apartment is suitable for self isolation, the only criteria being previous good reviews from airbnb hosts.

Tree lined garden cottage - no cleaning fees

Our home & 4 yr old fully self-contained cottage is on a 0.9 hectare (2.3 acre) "lifestyle" property in the country but is only 5 mins drive from the University and 4 local schools, our local supermarket, post office and food outlets. We are also 15 mins drive from Hamilton central business district (CBD), the Hospital and Wintec in one direction and the Airport in the other direction. We do NOT charge separate cleaning fees (NB when comparing), offer a 25% discount for 1 week, 35% per month.

Beautiful and spacious guest suite with separate bathroom and private entrance. The main room has a king-size bed and a comfortable lounge area with a TV, coffee/tea/breakfast-making facilities and a dining area. The second room has two single beds. The bathroom is large and modern and was brand new in 2019. There is a covered outdoor deck with rural views to neighbouring farms and there is ample parking for cars/trailers/campervans. Nestled between grassland and trees, this guest house is the perfect place to soak up New Zealand’s beautiful nature. Relax watching the birds and scenic hills or get hands on with the family pets. Green Valley Cabin overlooks a gully with nature right on your doorstep - trees, ferns and native birds are a feast for your eyes as you relax in your own private space. This is a self-contained unit with a toilet and shower. Please note no kitchen or cooking facilities, however, there is a fridge and microwave. It is clean and tidy with a great location near Waikato Hospital, Hamilton Lake, Hamilton Gardens and the city centre.
