Great property, great host, and wonderful stay! The property is spacious, well appointed, very clean and fresh, and a retreat away from home! We really enjoyed our stay with 3 adults and 6 kids at the property. We had plenty of space, enjoyed the fireplace with the wood provided, and even the chickens. As we have chickens at home that just added to the appeal. This location worked really well for hitting the glowworms and Hobbiton!

We really enjoyed our stay. Located at a peaceful area. Baby friendly. There are plates for babies, a highchair and a cot. Loved the low sofa in the living room. Comfortable for adults but also made it a safe and comfortable space for our little ones to play. There was a swimming pool perfect for kids, and a spa. We couldn't use them unfortunately as the weather turned colder during our stay.

Just want to thank Rachael for opening up her home to accommodate my husband and his brothers. The home was lovely and they really enjoyed their time there. Rachael was awesome to communicate with. Highly recommend Rachael's home and if we get the chance we gladly book through her again. Over all an amazing experience.

We absolutely loved our stay. Nathan was incredibly welcoming and allowed us to use his place for our small wedding ceremony. It was the most amazing day and we really enjoyed our entire stay. Thanks again Nathan!! We will always remember this beautiful space that we held our special day at. ☺️

Easy to work with the landlady as we were a very late notice booking, and very accommodating for extension if required. Highly recommended.

The unit was a practically brand new two bedroom duplex. Everything was an excellent working order while a bit away from the CBD, it had excellent access to the outer ring road, which made getting anywhere in Hamilton quite easy to do.

The Tree House is big and spacious, very well suited to a family or group. Lots of windows and sliding doors onto verandas, room for everyone to have their own space. Comfortable furniture, everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Hamilton! The location right in front of the golf course was peaceful and scenic—perfect for relaxing mornings with a cup of coffee and evening strolls. The space was very clean, well-equipped, we felt like a home away from home. Angela was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Hamilton.

Josie and Rob's place was beyond perfect for a Birthday weekend getaway of 6 adults. Every amenity you could think of, they had; the house was so comfortable in so many aspects. Not to mention the location, which was close enough to town and walkable to St Kilda cafes, but still in the peaceful countryside of Cambridge. Couldn't fault Josie and Rob too, their communication and helpfulness were unmatched. We are already dreaming of coming back.

Janice was a joy to deal with. Her property was just as it was listed beautiful well set up and very comfortable for, four weary +60 age golfers from the Hawkes Bay Her communication throughout the entire process was 5-Star. from Coordinating her cleaning service with our arrival on day-1 giving us the opportunity to check in early if needed which was taken up at the time, but we were grateful of the offer. House was spot less and very comfortable with clear instruction from arrival to departure Thank you very much we had a wonderful stay. Really a very good stay, the house is better than expected

We loved our three-night stay. The area is gorgeous and this place is lovely. Outdoor area is charming with a lovely rural view. The outdoor shower is nice and the outdoor bath exceptional. Both couples enjoyed two lovely nighttime soaks under the incredible starry sky. Helpful host and we appreciated the late checkout. Great tv for watch tennis, too!

Perfect retreat for a special family celebration. Hosts super responsive to any questions. Beautiful breakfast and a bottle of wine provided. Not asked for but very welcome gesture. House had ample room for 12 of us. A great time was had by all. Plus they have Alpacas! Too good

Heemi was so accommodating to our whānau. We had an unfortunate situation with our mum being hospitalised and Heemi made our stay here in Hamilton easy to sort being that we had our minds on other things. The home is so warm and cosey. Photos don’t do this place justice at all, it’s very beautiful and big!! Lots of space for everyone and Heemi really was amazing offering an extended stay if needed under our unfortunate circumstances. Would highly recommended this home if you are wanting peace and quiet and close to the city centre with a warm welcome.

Sherry was quick to respond to my query and provided clear instructions, making our check-in seamless. The house was clean and had the perfect number of beds and facilities for our group. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of bodywash, shampoo, and conditioner, which made our stay even more comfortable. Thank you, Sherry we will be back again.

This guesthouse is really satisfying! The room is spacious, making us feel very comfortable. The kitchen has plenty of dishes, enough for all of us to use. The place is kept very clean, which makes us feel at ease. I will definitely stay here again next time!

A lovely home with everything you need. An easy walk to hospital which meant not having to have the hassle and expense of parking at hospital. Reccomend to anyone needing a warm comfy place within walking distance to hospital
