Nevertheless, the charm of the years was preserved in loving detail work. 2km to the airport (no aircraft noise!) 200m to the underground 500 m to the S-Bahn (suburban train) 60m to the Alster hiking trail 500 m to the shopping street Not suitable for children below 10 years of age. There is a permanent construction site (for years) right on the street. This causes corresponding noise during the day; on weekends, it is usually quiet.
