Great location for contractors working nearby, commute was only 2 minutes by car and the property was ideal. Quiet location, good workspace. Only one small negative was the bed (mattress) wasn’t great. Otherwise couldn’t fault the stay.

We stayed for 3 days over Christmas as we needed a larger home to host our growing blended family. We arrived on Christmas eve to a clean, cosy house, beautifully decorated with a tree and garlands and even a personalised welcome message on the blackboard. The space worked perfectly for our traditional buffet and game night and we could not have found a better space to all be able to help out cooking the Christmas dinner the next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and did not want to leave such a lovely house! We may well be back next year! Thank you so much.

its a really nice and peaceful home, rooms and beds are nice and neat, the toilet is clean, the kitchen and dining are well kept and the lounge is quite spacious, no problem for tall guys as the ceiling's pretty high too, though outside needs to be maintained as the bushes in the garden are quite high already. Overall, its a nice and cozy home, the host is responsive, informative and considerate and would recommend to future individual or family guests

Absolutely loved staying here. The house was convenient for us to use as a base to visit family. It was well maintained, clean and had everything we needed. The trains though, the trains, were a highlight - running at the bottom of the garden providing full entertainment for all ages. Thankyou

Great stay in Penketh. Jimmy’s place is a great size with all that you need. We attended the Neighbourhood festival in Warrington and found it extremely easy to navigate by cheap Ubers or buses with a stop just around the corner. Jimmy is quick to respond to any questions and sorted an early check-in. Property is in a peaceful attractive area.

Great location for us all as we was up there for neighbourhood festival and only a short taxi ride to the site! Thank you for letting us stay!

Overall the Airbnb was outstanding , we left booking accommodation for NBHD festival a little late however this little gem popped up a couple weeks before and for a brilliant price, skeptable at first as it had no reviews but turned out we were the first guests to stay and we were glad because the flat itself was clean ,homely and comfortable. everything was in walking distance from the festival to the pub and even the train station. Christopher is a great host very responsive and friendly and will highly recommend this lovely little flat for anyone staying in warrington . Thank you !!!

Just like home

Fabrice was a very nice host and was very responsive whenever we had any issues. The location was very convenient as it was a 30 sec walk from the Warrington interchange bus station & Golden Square mall, hence making it very convenient.

Had a great stay here. Very convenient walkable. Enjoyed the nearby park. Peaceful location. We had everything we needed. My son especially appreciated the toys! Nice touch.

Sue’s apartment was in a great location and very peaceful. The apartment was extremely clean, with modern fixtures and fittings. We loved the contemporary art collection too. Very close to Lark Lane with lots of lovely eateries. We were spoiled for choice. Sue was a super host and left us a lovely hamper of provisions and essentials in the fridge. She communicated well with instructions for the apartment and good directions to get there. Would definitely recommend a stay. We do hope to make a return visit.

Nicolas was a wonderful and very helpful host. He greeted us on time and with great courtesy, and we truly appreciated his flexibility with our arrival time. The apartment was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was especially comfortable, and we slept very well. The location couldn’t have been better—close to both the bus and train stations, which made getting around super easy. At the same time, it’s in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, we were really happy with our stay and would gladly book again if we get the chance.

Lovely apartment, spotlessly clean throughout with lots of little touches to make you feel at home. Quiet, well-appointed, very fresh, light and airy. In an ideal spot for country drives out to Stockton Heath, Lymm and Altrincham, as well as being relatively close to the town centre, supermarkets, and with great links to the M6 and M62. David was very responsive to our messages, instructions were clear, and he was a great host both to deal with and in terms of the quality of our stay. Highly recommended.

Fiona’s flat was perfect for us. It was very clean, calm and the ideal base for exploring Liverpool. Parking was a plus and Fiona was extremely helpful with all comms prior to staying. Would recommend!!
