The house is quiet, child-friendly and close to nature just south of Falkenberg, with barely 3 km to the nearest beach and with several beautiful beaches close by such as Skrea beach and Långasand. If you want to hike, there is Vesslunda nature reserve close by, and running tracks are nearby. Beautiful Falkenberg golf course is just over a kilometer away. For those interested in food, there are many options, for example, well-known Lilla Napoli. Ullared mall can be reached in half an hour. The house is new and fresh with all the comforts.

The kotten is a unique architect-designed dwelling for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle. Children must be over 9 years old. There is no must-see, only peacefulness. The house was built entirely of wood and was dressed with a cedar. The forest is preserved on the plot so it looks like the house was always there.

The ceiling in the old cottage is not so high. Breakfast is included in the price. I put it in the fridge. Just take our rowing boat for a swim at the lake, use our digital maps with paths only the locals know walking or biking, take a sauna or just cuddle upp in front of the huge soapstone stove. What an amazing house in an amazing place. We had a perfect time here for Christmas and New Year for 11 days. Upon arrival we were met by an already burning fireplace and Patrik. We actually felt right at home. The house is in reality even better than in the photos, very practical furnished and well finished. Very good beds, a fantastic sauna (and shower next door), very well equipped kitchen, super fireplace (with more than enough wood), beautiful surroundings in complete tranquility but in 10 minutes at the local supermarket. Nice big television and comfortable sofa. Lovely warm house. The contact with Iris and Patrik is very easy and they do everything they can to delight you. The reservation for next year's holidays has already been made! So we will definitely come back!

Typically Swedish! Beautiful house with everything you need for a nice time! No frills. Easy to reach and beautiful location on Bolmen! Just a few meters to Bolmen. Slipping our boat in a few meters away without problems. We will come back when it's a little warmer to try our fishing luck at Bolmen again. Unfortunately, we were a little too late for this year! Nevertheless, thanks to the sauna and fireplace, a great and relaxing stay!

Esti is an absolute wonderful host and a very pleasant person. The house was beautiful as was the whole lot. She can call one of the most gorgeous places on earth her home and takes care of everything with great attention to detail and for nature. We had the best time there by the lake with long nights at the fireplace. Esti took a great part in us having the most special vacation we could have possibly had.
