Welcome to Villa Cirkus - a large villa of 247 sqm - with a unique character where you feel at home! Nothing is fragile here and everyone is welcome! The house is located a few kilometers from Tylösand and a few hundred meters from the sea. The house has an open floor plan with large living areas. The beds are always made on arrival, towels and final cleaning are included in the booking. Large heated pool (5 x 10m) available May-September. Hot tub (at least 38 degrees Celsius) with sauna next door is available all year round.

Only a 10 minute walk from central Båstad you will find this summer paradise with magnificent views and a gorgeous pool and terraces in many directions with no disturbing neighbors close. Your own creek will keep you calm together with the yoga house in the middle of the parklike huge parcel. With three main bedrooms, two living rooms with a fireplace and a guest cabin you can fit 10 people here. Though an old house, it is very modern with all amenities you need for your stay.

Poolen er ikke opvarmet om vinteren, men lejligheden udlejes til reduceret pris fra 01. Oktober til 30. April. Pool kan anvendes kold ved tilkøb af sauna. 150,-/dag Spaen er opvarmet hele året og brug er inkluderet i prisen. Fra 1.maj til 30. september er poolen opvarmet og kan benyttes af gæster

Peaceful guest house with pool

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
