Enjoy beautiful nature, outdoor activities and tranquility in this small house on Hallandsåsen's south slope. We hire out our annex in 21 sqm, next to our holiday home on quiet dead end street. Accommodates 2 adults+ 1 or 2 kids. Kitchen, bathrooms, sleeping alcove with pull-out bed 90-180 wide * 200cm, sleeping loft 105 * 210 cm. Underfloor heating. Close to the house is the area's communal pool (open summertime) , mini golf, boule court, tennis court, football field and playground. Also close to Västersjön and beautiful hiking trails. In addition, in the summer months, the communal swimming pool is only 100 m away or the western lake's swimming area is many nice beaches within close reach such as Ängelholm, Båstad and Vejby strand and more. During autumn and spring, nature invites you to great hikes and excursions. In winter, cross-country trails are offered in the nearby.

Fully renovated cottage in lovely Lerbäckshult

The cottage is 67 sqm with three bedrooms, a large living room with open plan, fireplace and exit to newly built large terrace. TV is available with access to Netflix (own account needed), YouTube and SVT Play. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and dishwasher - all appliances are new. The bathroom has a shower, wc and a washer. The whole cottage has undergone a total renovation, completed in the summer of 2019. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Här är stugan som har ett gammalt svenskt stuk på utsidan men är fräsch och modern på insidan. Byggnaden är på 90m2, det finns 2 dubbelsängar, jacuzzi och allt du kan tänka dig behöva för att ha en trevlig vistelse. Självklart så är både stugan och jacuzzi redan uppvärmda när du anländer. Stugan är placerad i en väldigt trevlig miljö med ingen trafik och möjlighet att stöta på djurlivet från bekvämligheten av stugan. Det finns väldigt många aktiviteter i närheten. Husdjur är självklart välkomna.

Longbeach Life is located between Skrea and Tylösand at Kattegatt and has only 250 meters to our beach Långasand. Our plot is enclosed with sea views and nature reserves and our garden is generously surrounded with many spaces to socialise to make memories. There is access to pool, spa bath, infrabastu, cold bath, fire pit and garden patio.

Welcome to our cottage in the quiet area of Fasalt! The cottage is located just 30 minutes from the beautiful sea in Mellbystrand. If you need to shop, there are several grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants and shops only 10 minutes away in Örkelljunga. Pool is a few minutes walk away, and is open from mid-June until the end of August. The cost of using the electric car charger is added. SEK 2.5/kWh. Please let us know before if you want to use the charger.

Welcome to our wonderful villa of 300 sqm by the sea! The house is located in Stenvik in idyllic Åsa at the end of a quiet dead-end street and with 50 meters to the shallow sandy beach or swimming by the jetty. The house has a large fantastic garden with pool with associated newly built pool house of 30 sqm. In Åsa there is a home bakery, ICA store, restaurants, ice cream café and cozy shops as well as is only 30 min by train or car to Gothenburg.

A large newly built house that can easily accommodate 2-3 families. Walking distance to lovely salty baths and cycling distance into the summer town of Varberg. The house has several lovely patios that offer sunlight from morning to night. In addition to the 4x8 m heated pool (May - September) there is plenty of room for socializing and playing in the garden with a large trampoline as well as two playgrounds within walking distance.
