Large mountain cabin in an authentic Jämtland mountain environment. Ski-in/Ski-out in the Gräftåvallen ski system, about 15 minutes to the ski system in Bydalen, and just over an hour to Åre. Gräftåvallen is home to Sweden's largest ski club, and there are 45 km of groomed ski trails directly adjacent to the cabin. The cottage has everything needed for a skiing and mountain vacation, with large living areas, a fireplace and a sauna. In summer, you can just go straight up the mountain and hike. You are close to swimming and fishing opportunities.

The farm is 600 meters from the village center with an ICA store, pastry shop, gas station, electric car charger, health center and more. Close to the mountain world, fishing and berry picking. About 1 hour by car to magical mountain world summer and winter, about 25 minutes by car to central Östersund with a large selection of restaurants and other pleasures. There is a large sauna in the yard in a separate building, which can be used for a fee. Animals are allowed, but not cats due to allergies.
