Our modern apartment was completed in June 2020. It consists of a bedroom with a large box-spring bed, a bathroom with a rain shower and a living area with an adjoining spacious kitchen. In the living area there is also the sofa bed on which one more person can spend the night. In the entrance area, there is also a cozy, covered sitting lounge. The location of the apartment is ideally suited for excursions to Munich, the Alpine upland and of course also to the Erding thermal spa.

Our vacation home is located in a quiet, idyllic area surrounded by forest and fields, only a few minutes away from Erding. It has a separate, private entrance and accommodates 2 guests. Destinations like the Therme Erding, the Munich Trade Fair and the Munich airport can be easily reached by car. Excellent public transport connection brings you to Munich's Marienplatz within 40 minutes. The S-Bahn train station can be reached by stairs.

You can stay in a nice and absolutely quiet groundfloor-apartment with your own entrance, kitchen unit, bathroom with window, French doublebed and 32" TV. The airport is 7 miles away, 13 miles to city of Munich, 10 miles to Allianz-Arena (football-stadion), 3 miles to subway, 1 mile to S-Bahn, 2 miles to autobahn and 300 meter to busstop.
