In this cottage you live either well yourself, 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The loft bed is 140 cm wide, bedable sofa 2x80cm is available in the living room. The cottage is located in Undersåker in a smaller residential area and with 1 mile to Åre and southern Årefjällen so there is plenty of activities. It is within walking distance to ICA and train station. Outside the house there is storage for ski equipment as well as a private parking with engine heater. The price includes bed linen, towels and cleaning.

Welcome to a modern mountain home for the family. Here you can relax in front of the fire and enjoy the view of the mountain world glimpsed between the treetops. Wood-fired sauna on the plot completed in January 2024. Fine longitudinal tracks and groomed trails are just outside the door. Trillevallens ski area offers both easily accessible off piste as well as a large children's area and good backlunch. Transport lift to the ski area is a few hundred meters from the house or a couple of minutes by car.

Welcome to book accommodation for family or with your friends! A cosy cottage around nature and forest that gives a sense of privacy and tranquility! Here is the opportunity to play on the cabin's farm, grill sausages, take a walk /ski after the pilgrim trail, or just enjoy on the sofa in front of a fire! Despite the secluded location, it is only 800m to E14 where there is a bus stop. It is 2 km to Undersåker train station and nearest Ica store! To Åre village it is about 12 km (10 min by car).

We can not promise that you will see the northern lights, moose, reindeer and catch wild fish; but many of our guests have experienced it. They love the cottage, it is cozy, located by a lake and has the wilderness outside the door. A boat is included in the rent. The area is famous for skiing, hiking, cycling, kayaking in lakes and rapids. A perfect starting point for adventure and for those who seek rest in pure nature in all seasons. Welcome to our apartment in Björnen, Åre! This apartment is perfect for families, couples and close friends that values a great location and do not mind a small place to live in. Very close to skiing, both downhill and cross country. Skii bus, small grocery store, rental next door. If you are visiting Åre during summer or fall this is a perfect spot. Hiking and mountainbike trails nearby. Just outside our apartment Åre Skill Area is located and close by you find a brand new climbing park.
