There is a private seating area outside the front of the lodge and access to the pony paddocks if you have a dog that needs a run! This cosy peaceful cottage is situated in an elevated position in the beautiful Shropshire hills in an AONB. It is a lovely place for walkers or cyclists alike or just for a haven to unwind . There is a private garden space which is ideal to enjoy some al fresco drinks and BBQ and a conservatory, perfect for spotting the birds feeding . We are blessed with no light pollution and the night skies are amazing and we enjoy an abundance of wildlife with curlews , hedgehogs , bats to name but a few.

Red House Cottage (self catering cottage)

Modern, very comfortable and very clean. Sleeps 4, double ensuite room and double/twin room also ensuite. Outside area, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge. In a quiet village setting with two pubs serving food within a two minutes walk of the cottage. Free wifi, smart TV’s in bedrooms. Until recently Red House Cottage was run as a B&B but the owners decided to fit a kitchen to create a self contained cottage for self catering holidays. The cottage is on the side of our home.
