The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Gäste können hier entspannen und in die Schönheit der Natur eintauchen und die Seele baumeln lassen . Mit 1 Doppelbett und 1 Schlafsofa bietet es Platz für bis zu vier Personen und ist ideal für kleine Familien. Wir haben eine 2.Wohnung in der Anlage.

Enjoy the peace and quiet at our idyllically situated farm in the Rottal region of Lower Bavaria. You will sleep in a shepherd's wagon, located on a meadow at the edge of our garden, nearby a pavilion. It is equipped with a fold-out sofa bed, a table and two chairs, a chest of drawers, electric heating, and a kitchenette. The kitchenette includes a refrigerator, a hot plate, a filter coffee machine, a kettle, and tableware. A full guest bathroom in the main farmhouse is available for your use.

The apartment is surrounded by the forests of the Bavarian and Bohemian forests on the edge of a small village. Stylishly renovated, it overlooks Lake Haidmühl, forests and mountains. The valley station of the local mountain, the Dreisessels, with its alpine pasture is almost right at your doorstep. The nearest towns are Jandelsbrunn, Altreichenau, Waldkirchen (25 min) and Passau (50 min).

Egal ob wandern, langlaufen, Fahrrad fahren oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen, alle die die Natur lieben sind hier genau richtig. Rundherum befinden sich Wanderwege und Loipen.
